Pizza Hut

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a great experience! We haven't had Pizza Hut for more than 10 yrs. since we moved away from TX., so we were pretty excited. I read the reviews and saw how many stars this restaurant had but still gave it a go, no regrets. We had delicious Pizza , Scrumptious Cheesy Bread and Refreshing Beer on Tap, the plus side, no one got sick! We will definitely be back.

Employees were more worried about there girlfriends than customers. Pizza is mediocre at best and even with specials 2 pizzas and drinks were over 40$. Should have gone elsewhere. All the games were turned off nothing for kids to do. On top of a service fee? They drop a pizza off at your table or ring a bell to say its done... there is a reason I havent been here in 10 years and now another 10

I been ordering online from this pizza for about a year now and the last time I ordered they forget my sides of marinara and today I just ordered for delivery again and the driver was a straight creep he put a mask on and avoided eye contact with me our marinara sauce had some chemical in it my brother almost hocked we told pizza hut and they pretty much ignored us they said they will check there sauce. We couldn't even eat our food after I told my brother to call the police but be had work. Thought i would leave this review be careful everyone.

We ate in and order a thin crust supreme. It was a great pizza...exactly what we wanted. Staff was polite but there is no table side service. We had to ask for plates and silverware. Restaurant was clean, prices as one would expect for pizza. I did witness them hustle to get delivery orders out the door fast.

After trying with this specific Pizza Hut multiple times, I've gleaned that the staff here are actually nearly incompetent-to the point I am surprised they know when their shift starts. The service was terrible and the cashier unhelpful and rude(more than once). Today, the last time I'll ever be showing up at this restaurant by my own choice, I called in an order roughly 20 minutes before I planned to pick it up and had actually great service from a nice man. I show up with money in hand to pick up my order and find that it was never actually placed. 1/5 stars.

If I could leave a zero stars I would. First of all I love pizza hut it was my favorite pizza for a long time. I ordered my usual large with stuffed crust. It came with at least 10 pieces of different types of hair in it. Some of it was curly dark and short some of it was long and straight. I was a line cook at a large chain steakhouse and I worked as a line cook at other places so I understand that accidents happen. I called and a woman picked up the phone. I told her I was not angry and I just wanted to let her know what had happened so that it did not happen to another person. She said she appreciated me being nice about it and said she would put a 10$ credit on my account to make sure there were no hard feelings. I was happy to accept. Then about a week later I went to use my credit and when I went to pay they said I had to call first. I understood and was not angry and happily paid full price for my food. Today I called to use my credit and the man who picked up the phone was standoffish he said that I didn't have one and then stopped talking and hung up the phone. I have been a loyal and kind customer I tipped generously always and have never said an inkling word to anyworker there. So I'm just a little disappointed that they have not given me the same kindness in return. Trust me I KNOW how grueling bit can be to work food service but no matter what you do not treat your customers like that.
