Chinese Gourmet Express

I was in today and and I see what just plain rudeness. I am not sure if she was the manager or not but she seem like she didn't want to be their. When I was deciding on what to order she was on her food. I believe their was a new girl working their and she was being yelled by the rudeness lady..really unprofessional when their are a lot of people trying to order food. At least be descreat and take it back to the room. They also started to measure food plate and they got mad because I wanted a little more rice on my plate. I never had this quality issue before. It was the best place to eat... They also had a lot of free time in the back that you could of listend to them jib jabbing and dancing to Mexican music like if was a circus in town.. come on!!! It's a fast food place to dine in and out FAST !!! not a playground. Will not to eat here again...

This used to have good food & nice staff. Went there on a Friday evening @ 6:30 there wasn't hardly any food & didnt look fresh at all !!. I asked the gal if they were going to be putting out more food, she said "no the kitchen closed @ 6:30". I asked "what time do you close?" . She said "at 9:00". I asked her "and this is all you have left?". I just told her "thats ridiculous this is all the food you have , which doesn'teven look fresh & your kitchen closes @ 6:30 on a Friday night & your open for 2 1/2 more hours". I said "no thank you, i will go to Panda Express, right here". Kinda stupid how this place runs a business when you have Panda Express right outside of the mall. I don't know how this place stays here in the mall, i know rent or the lease, has got to be expensive here in the mall now. Panda Express is definitely better & its right out in the parking lot !!!! Your Reviews are generous with the 1 star and it explains why !!! Come on Managers and Corporate get with the program, take care of your problem, and your CUSTOMER'S !!!!!!!

Usually love this place for its decently priced party trays but today I was met by rudeness. I called to let them know I was on my way and what I would be ordering so they could get it started if they weren't busy. She told me they don't do phone orders and I said that's fine I'll be right in front of you in a couple minutes. I arrive and ask her to get me the rice and chow mein party trays started and she refused. Both of them started getting an annoyed tone and tell me "I told you we don't do phone orders!" And I told her I was trying to order them right then and there and they just refused. They couldn't spit the number for cooperate out for like 10 minutes cuz they wanted to argue with me but not sell me the food and tell me its gonna take an hour to make so maybe I'd give up
