Subway

Hooooooly cow don't order curbside pick up. Ap said it'd be ready in 15 minutes, cool. Arrive just a couple minutes early and click that I'm here for my food to come out when done. Over an hour waiting, the inside isn't busy, and I can't walk in nor can I call the store because the number takes you straight to a voice mailbox that is already full. The only reason I ordered curbside is because I can't walk easily at this time due to an injury. I'm never wasting money at any subway in this area again.

The service is excellent, and the employees are fast-working and friendly. Three stars for the exceptional service and good product. I enjoy coming here for the friendly staff, as it is a breath of fresh air from other places. I did take two stars off for the state of the restaurant itself. It does not seem to get cleaned very often. The ceiling vents are covered in dust. The ceiling is yellowed, and nasty, and the ground is grimy and has that level of nastiness that cannot be mopped up.

Walked to this Subway on my lunch break because my car is in the shop. Staff was mostly friendly, but a little bit short-tempered. Got to the end of the line, with my sandwich wrapped and ready to go. Then, their card machine fails. It will not accept any credit or debit cards from anyone. My sandwich is ready to go and I have no cash. I wait around, and even check with the place next door to see if they do cash back. No dice, so I head back to Subway. The cashier moves my sandwich to the back counter and says "sorry, can't help you." As I leave the store, the cashier puts a sign on the door saying "Credit Cards out of order; Cash only" I guess I've gotten spoiled on Starbucks or something, but it seems to me that a failure on the seller's equipment, when my food is ready to go and I've been waiting for ten minutes, should generally result in a "here, this is on us". Either way, I probably won't be returning to this particular Subway.
