Cafe Pagato

This place is awesome. I can’t say enough… My fiancée and I came here the morning after our engagement, the two gentlemen working were quick to provide excellent service and coffee on the house! The name of the cafe means “paid coffee” in Italian, as in paying it forward/for the next persons. After enjoying this quiche, we just had to do the same… Thanks, Caffé Pagato.

A nice quiet coffee shop near downtown Redding. Inside of the local hospital, and very quaint. It is very welcoming, and the atmosphere is lovely. The baristas were very pleasant, and I enjoyed the conversations. The coffee was pretty good, I got a latte, which was nice, the coffee wasn't burnt, and the art was amazing! Nothing too special, but would recommend to try. Would go again!

Great food, good espresso drinks, cute atmosphere, nice service...it's a good lunch or study spot, but not a lot of seating. Charming look with nice selection of sandwiches & paninis. The ingredients are well thought-out & prepared special to order. Not run of the mill...familiar bases with really nice additions...my spicy ham was a terrific ham & cheese with a great pepper jelly...just the right amount. The pastry case looks stuffed with sweet & savory items that deserve exploration. A nice list of drink specials to fit the season is a good addition. The earl gray brownie is so good! Groovy, cute place.

I absolutely love this coffee shop. It is one of my favorites in town. They make their own flavors in house and have a variety of options. I drink my coffee black but my boyfriend tries their flavored drinks. They have a gram cracker flavor and lavender infused flavored coffee I have tried and they are delicious! You can also get salads, sandwiches and a varied of scrumptious pastries here! We have been coming here for 2 years now and absolutely love it.
