Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very small meat portions.... very small. I asked the girl manning the line if that was it? "oh that's a portion". I don't think the children running this store would know what a portion was if it introduced itself. I asked how much would it cost for more meat. "about 4 or 5 dollars"... What??!!. The grilled veggies were pretty much 90% grilled onions.

My family and I go to this Chipotle often and it’s staff and ratios are usually on point! Today, however, was kind of the opposite. One guy was working the line while the cooks were loudly chatting with customers. We had to seemingly shout at the guy making our order for him to hear us. Additionally, they accidentally over salted the mild salsa (WAY over salted) and ruined two orders ($16). I tried to call since we ordered it to go and I live 15 minutes away, but they don’t have a direct line to the store. Otherwise, I’d just let them know about the salsa and not post a review. Anyways, usually a quick crew and yummy ingredients 9/10 times!

I’ve been to chipotle quite a few times at quite a few different locations and never had issues like this. I’ve been to this specific one since moving to California probably like 3 or 4 times and man it is just terrible. The rice is always just never cooked and hard as a rock. I found half an avocado pit in my food the last time I went. Just terrible quality I wouldn’t waste your money.definitely won’t be back.

Arrived to have lunch at the restaurant in Redding. Found the doors locked and signs on the door that they were only accepting online orders. Ordered from the website. At pickup time, doors still locked and one person seen making orders. Waited several minutes for a crew member to slowly walk to the door to inquire on my purpose. He then had to walk back into the restaurant, collect my order and bring it to the door. Seems very inefficient and it doesn't help the crew member seemed put out to be doing this. Chipotle needs to rethink how they manage order pickup when the dining room is closed.
