I tried the mac n cheese my granddaughter couldn't finish and it was delicious.
I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich which was amazing and that came with a fully loaded salad. Plenty to eat or take home.
The service was good too.
great food, great service! you have to be able to appreciate the hole-in-the-wall atmosphere, however. honestly can't remember how much the burger i got was, but i don't care because it was DELICIOUS with a lovely char on it. (bbq bacon cheddar burger!)
We had a big party for a birthday. The appetizers and pizza's and burgers were great!! Our server was amazing!! She kept up with everything! Love them!! It's a kick it, casual place! And hopping!!
We wanted a great local lunch. I had the pesto chicken with tots and hubby ordered a ‘just a burger’ with onion rings. Delicious! Generous portions, great service.
French Dip was delicious. Chicken wrap with Buffalo sauce was so good. And the side salad was the best. Passing through Redding, and glad stopped at Maxwell's.
Maxwell's is the best restaurant in Redding. I've been to them all. This is a true statement. Great food, especially pizzas, wraps, and burgers. They are the premier deep fryer operators north of the equator. The deep fried jalapenos, pickle chips and artichoke hearts are art. Excellent beer selection and rotating taps that keep it interesting. They've started serving social cocktails. If you eat elsewhere you've made a mistake.
Ordered for takeout and both of our burgers were absolutely delicious. They have a seemingly fun atmosphere and we will be stopping again! Thanks for the positive service!
