They have delicious food and great prices. You can get a lot of food for cheap with the dinner combinations. Highly recommend checking them out. It's a small restaurant tucked back in the outlet but so worth a try!

Very good. Ordered online and picked up. First time order. Generous portions, reasonable prices. Will definitely order again. Kung Po vegetables were excellent. BBQ spareribs & egg rolls great too.

Good food, decent prices, friendly service. Ordered online, which was convenient. Set up pick up time in the food was ready at the pickup time.
Everything was pretty good, certainly worth getting again. Big portion sizes, delicious soup, and decent chow mein, rice, and sweet and sour chicken.

My husband and I had recently heard about the New China Restaurant in the
Sunset Plaza, Redding, California. We had tried all the other Chinese restaurants in Shasta County and were sadly disappointed. I am happy to say that we have found the BEST Chinese food in Shasta County!!! The food was incredible!!! The portions were large and the wait staff gracious!!! I highly recommend this restaurant!!

I was looking for a hole-in-the-wall restaurant for a date, and saw this cute place pop up. I wasn't expecting much, but received my meal in minutes. Everything was extremely fresh and delicious. This is my new favorite Chinese spot.

Tried this place for the first time and was glad we did. It is small and hiding in a corner but it is clean and beautiful inside.
The noodles are probably the best in town.
The sweet and sour chicken sauce is pink so it looks weird but don't let that stop you! It was delicious and fresh instead of old and dry like a certain other restaurant.
The vegetables were crunchy and perfectly cooked.
Portions might be a little smaller than other places but it's worth it cuz the food is better.
The staff was friendly and respectful.
I have no complaints.
We will be back for the noodles!

This was our first time ordering takeout from New China Restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious, well prepared, and full of fresh vegetables. We will be back!

Certainly not the best Chinese food in Redding. The prawns are the size of a small child pinky finger. They use two and pack breading around them to make them look like large prawns.
I asked for no MSG and they made use of the meal they already prepared with MSG. The chicken fried rice was steamed rice with the chicken picked out of the prepared rice from the MSG order. Over priced and not to be trusted.
