I and my mother visited this McDonald’s at around 9:30 In desire of an ice cream cone. The 1st window where you usually pay was closed so we drove up to the second window. After sitting there for a total of 16 minutes we decided to leave. Not really sure why the service was so backed up. There was a truck in front of us and many car behind us that waited for ever. Now I know our government status and all, and how staffing is low. I just didn’t think that it would be this bad. I didn’t want to do so, but we decided to got to Arby’s in desire for our ice cream. I won’t be coming at this McDonald’s location in the evening any time soon.

Go here expecting good hot fresh food and don't get it its disappointing. I'd asked for no onions or pickels on my sandwich and they were still included. Staff didn't seem to want to help and well the first drink I took the syrup was out. I definitely was not impressed.

Ordered online, picked curbside pickup, waited in vehicle for 15 minutes, did no get anything, went inside and they made me wait another 15 before I got my purchase, they put me behind all of the drive-thru customers and in-store customers, this should never happen, should be first come first serve. Was very disappointed

Seriously ... I am eating my mc chicken and this was what was in it. I have a son, if he would've got this one and choked.. idk who the manager is tonight but the lady with the red hair rolled her eyes and turned her back on me. I'm not going to lie and ask for 1.68 back. Now if it was a meal yeah go ahead roll your eyes. I AM DISGUSTED WITH MC DONALDS NOW. BUISNESS WILL BE ELSE WHERE.

I drop my daughter here for work, service is usually ideal. When she works i always stop to get something. She has never served me cold fries, but when she does I will know it is because she is mad at me and has nothing to do with the bussiness. From what I'm told their ice cream machine works.

Fast friendly service. The crew at 8pm on Thursday were great! Best service I've had at McDonalds in a while.

The food was fine, we were missing 2 of our 6 McNuggets but they gave us 2 after a long wait through the line again .

Everything was good service was excellent just forgot the sauce for the nuggets but we had some at the house so it was not the end of the world.
