Taco Bell

No exaggeration - this is the worst fast food location I have ever been to in my life. Lived here 4 years and I consistently have had to wait a minimum of 20+ minutes every time I try to get food here but after tonight I give up - this last visit was over half an hour of me standing around waiting for my order to be filled at 6:30 at night as the only person inside during prime dinner time, and only ordering a chalupa box to-go. I just wanted some tacos but I can go to the store, buy ingredients, and make them myself faster than this location can.

Husband drove 20 miles to and 20 miles from to get tacobell and kfc. 40 miles to get this food. He went inside to order food since there drive thru is always so long. Recieved extremly rude service and forgot a few things that were ordered. After waiting patiently for some one to take his order he was told they were busy with drive thru orders and he was gonna have to wait even longer. Asked a question and got his head ripped off because this lady was frantic. This was our 3rd attemp to give this location a shot we will no longer be going out of our way to get kfc/taco bell from this location. Yall need to learn better customer service and the right way to treat people in general.

Oh this was awful today. Slow day, not many people but it still took 3 tries to get a 5 layer burrito with no sour cream. 3 tries. There is no excuse for service that bad, the first time it was covered in sour cream, the 2nd time it all just fell apart in my lap and the 3rd time I had to go talk to the manager to get it fixed. Don't come here if you expect anything to go well.
