I ordered the new bacon wapper melt Today on 3/13 in the drive-through. We sat in the drive-through for about 30 minutes. When I got home and open my Burger there was no bacon And the bread wasn't even toasted.. I also posted a picture of my Burger.

My visit to this location was awesome. Order was correct, quality of meal was A+ and customer service was outstanding. I know some of you are probably thinking.. you get that at every fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with quite a few places. Thank you Roxanne and BK staff for providing a great customer experience.

Super friendly guy at the drive through. The food was delicious and hot. I ordered an ice cream that made my day since it was like 90 degrees fahrenheit. I've only had positive experiences here with online ordering when compared to other fast food restaurants.

Where to start. I was put on hold when I pulled up to order. When I did order, I asked for a number 1. Pretty universal for meaning the combo, with fries and a drink. I asked for the burger to come with cheese and only ketchup, mustard, and pickles. I was asked was that all… don’t they need my drink? I said “I would like the drink to be a coke zero”. Didn’t get my total until the window. Paid with no receipt given. I was then handed a cup that had soda spilled on the outside of the cup, around the whole thing. When I got my bag it only had a burger in it. I asked if the fries came with this and didn’t I order a meal. I was told no 🙃 as in I didn’t order a meal. “Number 1”… okay. Anyways, I wanted fries so I had to pay for everything separately and no apology was given. Got home and the burger was without cheese and mustard and instead had mayo.
Won’t be back to this location. Giving two stars because I’ve had better luck here before but no more. Thanks.

Ordered through the BK app and did pick up through drive-through. My order was missing FOUR items, and after I went inside and asked for the items I had paid for, they still only gave me a burger, and not the whole meal they had left out.
The lady inside had the stones to ask me to write a “5-star” Google review (as they were handing me items from an order they messed up - that took them 10+ minutes to give me - from the drive through), and I assured her I would *definitely* be writing a review.
It gets worse. The food was bland and wilted, the double Whopper jr. we ordered was cold, and had almost no toppings. They had no Coca Cola in the store, or root beer, so we got stuck with fruit punch instead.
This is our second bad experience at this Burger King, and we are officially NEVER coming back.
There’s a line in the movie “Burnt” (go watch it!), where he says BK is basically perfect, but their only flaw is that they are “too predictable.” Everything is supposed to be good because who can mess up fast food? This store can, and does consistently. Don’t give them your business.

Why is BK Red Oak still open? They have the worst service in the area. Their store hours online say close at 11pm. My online order went through and they must have closed at 9 or 9:30 pm because it was nice, dark and closed! Had to submit for a refund. Thanks for wasting my time and not POSTING true store hours at drive through or on windows. Good grief

The worst BURGER KING EVER!! I've gone multiple times thinking it's just the wrong time or day but no. They make you wait in line and then they tell you their not taking orders that day. Or the young man at the window doesn't give you all your food yet you get charged for it and argues that it's in the bag when its not!! Its just a waste of time not worth it. Needs new management, I honestly dont know how it's still operating

Driving south through the area and stopped at this Burger King to get my favorite Impossible burger. Walked in with husband and son and we stood at the counter and waited several minutes while the 3 staff members in front of us had a long back and forth conversation about when they were going to take their breaks. The one girl directly in front of us literally was hanging onto the order screen ignoring us while we waited for them to acknowledge that we were there. We eventually asked if we should go somewhere else to eat. They were so immature that they didn't immediately offer to take our orders so we left to eat somewhere else. Sadly it's like that in the south Dallas area. Avoid this place if you can.
