Was very disappointed in the barista in this picture after I ordered my mango dragon fruit drink and ice water I sat down when it was time to pick up my order this is what I saw I made a funny face didn't know what it was and the barista told me it was my drink just minus the die it was the same thing...I said where's the fruit got a dirty look that's why I pay $5 for lemonade for the fruit the freeze dried fruit that I like to chew on it was the wrong color and minus the fruit and still 4.95 and she was upset with me that I wouldn't just accept it..Rolled her eyes made a face..Asked for and got the manager thank you manager for being a grown up no one told me we were out of dye and fruit it's the only thing I get at Starbucks now.. one item on the list!!! when I lost all my stars that I spent all the money on last November for my birthday and didn't get my $20 cup that I worked so hard to earn and found out that stars fell off.. the hard way I gave up on Starbucks last November I just gave them a second chance because we're staying right next to them in the Motel 6 which is Awesome!!!l very disappointed$$!! they made it up by giving me the strawberry acai thank you for that!!

I paid over $25 for 4 drinks and this was the very berry…which tasted exactly like water with cinnamon in it. Very VERY disappointed with the service and couldn’t get refunded after I took a sip to try it. I don’t recommend this Starbucks at all! Not trying to be rude, but disgusting!

This is a busy spot as it's close to freeway. However it's not that busy as I only saw a couple waiting for the order in the lobby when I was about to make an order and there is no one else behind me. Yet the girl at the counter stopped taking order right at the moment when I am at the counter and got to business of heating snacks. She passed me several times and made no eye contact. I was waiting for about 5 mins feeling like forgotten. She held a bag running around and doesn't seem to know what she is doing. ( shouldn't she just leave the bag at pickup and that's it?) I left without a coffee eventually. I will not return to the store probably before it had a better employee job training. Not terrible service just so low efficiency.

We always stop by this Starbucks on our way to San Francisco from Lassen County. Love the feel of this spot and service is always great. Enjoying my Caramel Macchiato on the drive to the Bay Area.

I asked for a decaf caramel mocha frap I got a caramel frap and a mocha frap but not a caramel mocha frap this is after being remade. Very disappointing

This place is no diff. than any other cookie cutter SB, by design. The house coffee is bloody awful, even when they were giving it away for free 10 yrs ago to introduce it (Major Dickinson?)
I object to chain stores in principle, in this case bc it drives small businesses out of business. Why? Fast, convenient, predictable which is not IMO a way to live life, tho, sadly, is what sells in America.
