Burger King

Disgusted. Again! Fast food in Red Bluff has plummeted as far as service goes. Today Burger King got my third strike. Never Again! At the drive through my wife ordered a Sourdough King burger, large Onion Rings and a medium drink. Also a plain burger patty for the dog. Once again the order was wrong, as has become the habit here. We received a spicy chicken sandwich. Two Whoppers, an order of fries and the Orange drink. At least they got one item right

Hi- I went to Burger King last night And was in the lobby and during this time I noticed that there were three employees working. I noticed at 10 o’clock right before I was done eating and getting ready to leave that one of the employees left. This left only two employees to run Burger King from 10 to 11 PM by themselves. During this time I did notice that they were extremely busy through drive-thru and still attending to customers in the lobby. What I witness was something so extraordinary they kept their heads up high with a smile still helping everybody. I witnessed these two ladies Working all by themselves and I mean taking orders in drive-thru cooking all the food and getting the customers out as soon as they can through drive-thru. I’m not sure how the manager schedule their employees but this is not the first time I’ve seen them shortstaffed in the evening and still working as hard as they could to get everybody out of the drive-thru line and also helping customers in the lobby. I truly believe that if Burger King did not have these two extraordinary women working that they would be lost these women definitely deserve a raise a pat on the back and a much needed vacation. Management needs to step it up and do what they need to do to make it right for these ladies and anybody else that works in the evenings and closes. I just want to personally thank Crystal and Angela for always making my experiences great when I go there even if they’re under stress they still serve us with a smile thank you so much for being amazing workers for Burger King I just hope that they can show their appreciation to you and appreciate you as much as I do and I’m sure a lot of other people do. thank you

Not much to say about this ran down place Burger King runs their employees to the ground no wonder they act like they do and they're always out of something short staffed cranky but still trying to make a paycheck God bless them for trying but the company is definitely lacking on appreciation and this company Burger King and all do not upgrade their products or their buildings
