Stopped here for dinner after a baseball tournament in Redding. What a great place! Right on the river. There were parties going on and kids playing on the beach and grass. We got a table with a wonderful view and ordered calzones and a salad. I loved the melted cheddar and sauce flavor in the all meat calzone. We will be back!

Awesome casual setting next to the river on a fan cooled porch with string lights. TVs all over so it would be a great place to watch a game. Kids had a lot of fun playing around while we waited for the pizza. Menu is simple, just pizza, salads, and one calzone if I remember right. However, it was high quality and they have some unique specialty pizzas. We got a mac n cheese pizza, comes with bacon, we left off jalapenos. Kids loved it. I can't remember what the other one was called but it had white sauce, ham, artichokes, and mushrooms. Delicious! 2 smalls was about $30 and fed 4 of us with leftovers for 1 or 2 more.

The Pizza choices are intersting. I've not had a bad tasting Pizza from there, even the Mac & cheese Pizza was great. The thing that tops ot off for me is the prices are very affordable . Yoy fan sit next to the river eat great food drink and beer or soda and if your lucky, for a min you might even forget about the rising inflation.

Had the opportunity to stop into this local establishment....... from the moment you walk in the door, the sense that everyone is welcome becomes abundantly clear. The staff, locals, and authentic local decor lend themselves to a warm ambiance, which is enhanced by the stunning sideline seats to the Sacramento river running by. As if it wasn't enough to drink a beer and watch the river run..... and being the adventurous woman I am....... leaned into the idea of a meal.... pizza is on the menu. Let me be clear, you cannot, will not, and won't find a better pizza in Northern California- or the west coast for that matter (I should know, I do nothing but travel and work .....a.k.a eat for no reason)....... the pizza is fresh, hand made (even the dough is hand kneaded), and cooked over stone. The toppings are fresh enough to still taste the freshness of the garden they were picked from, and the sauce is riddled with fresh garlic and authentic Italian influences. But the owner.......the owner will steal your heart. She is kind, considerate, friendly, and beautiful.....but more importantly.....pours her heart into her business and her meals. This culinary feat is a must stop for a seasoned traveler who cannot stand the thought of one more bland chain meal, in an all too familiar setting. Thank you again to our new E's family, it was an amazing evening. (P.s. bring your fishing pole)
