Ny Bagel Cafe And Deli

Excellent experience. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. I ordered the Red Bank Cheese steak. It was so good. We will definitely come by again the next time we are in the area. (The pic is half of the sandwich. I ate the other half before thinking to take a picture, haha)

A bit chaotic but, that can be expected due to launch buzz and somewhat limited seating. If going for weekday lunch, would be good to go a bit early to avoid the local business crowd rush. Ordered 1/2 a hot corned beef on rye with matzoh ball soup and my choice for side, macaroni salad. The soup was good and flavorful with nice chunks of chicken, celery and carrots. The matzoh ball had a good texture, not too dense, not mushy. If I had ordered the soup alone, I would be giving another star I think. Enter the sandwich and macaroni salad. Much to my disappointment, the corned beef was a bit dry and the bread was not as soft as I hoped. The macaroni salad was also too sweet for my liking. I would give it another go and am certainly glad for another option in Red Bank however, this is not yet the place that will come to mind when I am craving a Jewish deli lunch. I think I prefer Richard's in Long Branch for now.

Make sure you have two jobs before trying to eat at this establishment. The most outrageous prices I’ve ever seen in a deli. Save your money go someplace else. It’s not that good and it doesn’t even compare to New York. And what’s even more bizarre is all the meats and salads are hidden in the back. This is definitely not a deli. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
