My daughter and I had the most amazing night out the Cheese Cave in Red Bank, New Jersey for Cheese Tasting event on May 18th. The group was small but very comfortable. The owner Steve was very knowledgeable about the different types for cheeses, their origins and what you should look for. Lacey

Stopped in for a sandwich quick, but will definitely be back for charcuterie items as well. People were very nice and I got my sandwich very quickly which is nice. Looking forward to going back on a Friday for the $5 bites from 5-8pm. Awesome shop, anticipate becoming a regular.

Cute place. Have a good selection of things but what got me to come in was the muffelatta sandwich. You cannot find this new Orleans sandwich up north so I was very excited. sandwich was delicious. Staff was very friendly 🙂 will come back to try more sandwiches again!
