Pizzariffic

Order food there! Never again!! So I ordered food and as the guy who was prepping my foam container he grab aluminum foil for without washing his hands as he was dealing with Raw chicken and I also saw him touch the trashcan. We’re in the middle of a pandemic and he had no mask on!!! The guy was not hygiene! And have no consideration for the pandemic. I just threw the food away. Not from around here was just trying to feed my kids. We went elsewhere!!!

Waste of my money! I ordered a burger sub and instead of calling and telling me they dont have what I want they just made it how they wanted🤬 I asked for fries and wings extra crispy they both where soggy. Asked for bread tosted it was cold. And all they did was por bottles bbq sauce all over the wings. I called to complain and all he said was we dont have this and we dont do that! Well if that so why not call the customer instead of making me pay over $30 for food Im not gonna eat🤬. So all he did was say sorry and expect me to be ok🤬🖕🤬. So I paid over $30 for one thing I ate out of 4🤬

Years ago(3+) this Pizzeria used to be good, but not anymore. Their quality and consistency dropped immensely starting 3-4 years ago. And I don't know why... it just happened. Now their offerings are of mediocre quality and taste at BEST. I stopped ordering from this place when I noticed the inconsistent quality(some of their pizzas tasted 'weird' to put it nicely) but just recently I tried them again to see if anything had changed... I was wrong. Honestly, there really aren't many good local pizzerias in Reading. Most are cheap and you can tell why that is immediately. So, If you want decent pizza, just order from one of the big chains, at least their quality will be consistent and they tend to be under stricter policies in regards to everything(ingredients, cleanliness, presentation, etc...), as far as I can tell. I don't know why this place apparently has so many good reviews, but I guess that if you're used to pathetic pizzerias you won't have a good standard to compare to, that's the only reason I can think of. Last time I order from this place, but I really hope for their sake that they get some new management or owners who are willing to change things up and introduce a different menu, or simply new ingredients for their current one. I don't see this place lasting for much longer otherwise. I have nothing bad to say about their staff. So far they've been nice and respectful, the only negative is what I mentioned above. And of course, pizza and other food are purely subjective. All of what I wrote is3 just my opinion based on my experience with them.
