Dunkin'

Waited 15 no one came out decided to go food shopping came back and still no one to be found. Even called the store number 5 times no one around. Walked to the bathroom to see if the worker was in there no one in the bathroom on my way back I noticed a girl tht works for Dunkin walking towards the bathroom I stopped her and asked her don’t you work at DD she said yes but someone else is there I’m going to the bathroom right now. Came back to the counter to no one there. I’m currently writing this while waiting for a worker to show up. It is now 3:15

I would give 0 stars if I could. Waited in line for 15 min while 1 worker made the guys order in front me. This employee was moving at a snail's pace.Finally my turn, I ordered 2 iced coffees and a dozen donuts. Pay, get my donuts fine. Then he hands me 1 iced coffee and says have a nice day. I said I ordered 2. He then proceeded to argue with me then finally said well I only put 1 in on the register. I said ok well I'll pay for it I would like my other coffee. Instead of correcting his mistake and making my order, I had to return to the end of the line again, wait another 15 min only to get the wrong coffee. At this point I was already there 30min and just wanted to go. I will never return to this location. They really should work on training their employees in customer service.

I find it very curious that the hours on the door state 10pm, and the girl inside was completely oblivious to the fact I was standing there, as she swept up the floors, and had locked the doors. I went to another location at 9:56, and had my order made in less than two minutes, what is your excuse for ducking out early? This seems to be a reoccurring theme with this Dunkin Donuts. Either change your hours, or get new staff.
