This has to be the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I ordered 2 Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers and some nuggets. What I got was 2 burgers with ketchup and onions that were cold and dry. The nuggets were ice cold and I wouldn't even give them to the dog. I did, however, get hot fries which I didn't order but did pay for. I get that fast food can be a hard job (I've done it), but come on. Worst. Wendy's. Ever.

Not a big fan of fast food, but I like chilli once in a while. The kids enjoy the kids meal and chicken sandwich. Bathroom is clean and customer service is ok. Sometimes they don’t really hear clearly and may miss one item, so pay attention to your order when ordering through the drive tru. Overall is a good place for a quick bite.

My family loves Wendy's but I always have only one problem my order always have something missing have to check it all the time. Some time it's no sauce for the nuggets or no straws for the drinks. I know that we are human and make mistakes. But I haven't had one day that it not right maybe it's just me.

Went through the drive through last night and what a horrible experience. I wish I took a recording or pictures to send to the owner. There were three employees that were working (that we saw via drive through window) the one was in extremely tight light grey leggings that you could see everything, especially since she had her work shirt rolled up and tied in the front making it a mid drift to show her entire stomach and it appeared that she wasn’t wearing under garments under her t-shirt. So while waiting with the drive through window open they decided to have a conversation about their pay l. One said I make $10.00 per hour, the other said what do you make to the girl with the clothing I explained above, she stated she make $12.00 because she had a job before she started at Wendy’s and the last person said they made $11.00. When all that was finally over one of them stuck their hand out the drive through window literally shook our bag of food at us without saying anything, when my husband took it they finally said have a good night. So finally 10 mins later we are pulling away from the window with our food we open it and there is so much grease covering the wrapper and covering the burgers my husband refused to eat the and they ended up not been eaten at all. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Shame on you Wendy’s for not doing quality control, not having better control on the teenagers you employ or you management team for allowing it.

I would recommend to the owner that they visit and eat at their own stores at least once a week. Ownership presence is very helpful, it is why Chick A Filet does better than most fast food restaurants.

Check your order before you leave. My order was wrong and I had to go back. The management is very poor, the manager got an additude with me concerning my order. They don't care if anything is correct. Avoid if you know what's good for you.

Sat in the drive threw for 10 minutes at the window after paying to get cold old fry's a wrong sandwich. Didn't notice till we left but wasn't going back after waiting that long 2 people behind us backed out and left. If could give no stars I would. They said sorry we short staffed but I seen 5 different people at 8 pm one person in front of us I know that's not short staffed for the time. They were in there could hear arguing or something of that nature. Whoever is managing tonight March 30th 2022 should be ashamed of themself.

The service was fast and friendly but the food really took a dive bomb. I ordered a egg and cheese biscuit with home fries and a tropical fruit lemonade for breakfast. The sandwiche was cold and nasty. The egg had been sitting there for way to long. It had a hard crusty rim all the way around it The cheese was just as old and hard. Not enjoyable at all. Guess that's the last time I go to that Wendy's.
