Jersey Mike's Subs

Loving the consistency of this fabulous sandwich shop. The fresh meat slicing prior to assembly of your sandwich is a " Great Touch" that works on so many levels. Priced on the high side for a regular sized sandwich , chips , fountain drink for approx $11.50. I found it well worth it on each of my nearly dozen visits. Friendly staff , fresh fixings . Great cream soda on tap . A family of 4 could expect to drop $50.00 , that's obscene for Berks county but the place is busy . I reccomend stopping in for a Hero....

This was my first time going to Jersey Mike's on 11/8/20 at 5:50 which is important because I want this review to reflect specifically on those working that day and time. I received better treatment and customer interaction here than at some high-end restaurants I've been to. It felt like red carpet treatment. Very impressed. I did have a phone in order and arrived early. Immediately I was greeted and the 2 guys I spoke with were eager to tell me about Jersey Mike's and how good the food is and during our conversation they felt I've waited too long and gave me 2 free sub cards. I didn't think I waited long but definitely appreciated the gesture. It's nice to see employees taking pride in their work and company. It's safe to say Jersey Mike's takes care of the employees by the way they perform. The way the sandwiches are made seems the way of a Subway except Jersey Mike's is so much better. We got a few cheesesteaks and Italians that were excellent and everything was fresh and one of my biggest problems at places when calling in an order is, they always screw it up. Not Jersey Mike's. They made all the sandwiches just how I asked without having to ask me again how I wanted the sandwiches made. Plus it was very clean inside. I have nothing bad to say only a positive experience from the second I walked in, until the time I left. The owner or manager should let all these employees know what an awsome job they did. Jersey Mike's on 5th street is an example how all employees should treat the customer while selling awsome food. Go online and check out the menu. They will make it just how you want it.

My very first time ordering Jersey Mike's in store on 01/18/2021 @ 12:00 noon for lunch. I was met with rudeness by this old black lady who i believe to be the cook since she cooked our food. I walked in and asked to see a menu to take back to my car, the rude lady says "we ain't got no menu" in a rude tone of voice. The polite lady who I believe to be the supervisor followed with an apology and explained that they did have a menu but weren't handing them out due to covid-19. I said ok went to my car and looked up the menu on my phone. I go back in to place my order and of course I have to place it with the rude lady, long story short she spoke with attitude towards me during my entire order and fast talking to the point where I had to ask her to repeat herself. Anyway as long as that rude grandma is on shift I would not be ordering from this place. Its not my fault she didn't get her stimulus check.

Always awesome, I found a Jersey Mike's around 2001on Greenville Ave, Dallas Tx and I've been enjoying the great tasting sandwiches since then. Huge difference from anyone else doing sandwiches due to their secret mayonnaise, for those who need the mayo to make a sandwich don't miss out and get it Mike's Way with mayonnaise. The best Tuna fish sandwiches!
