Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was my first time going to the Randolph Chipotle, and I have to say, I am satisfied. Everything was cooked just as it should’ve been, the employees were kind, and the place was clean. To people complaining about the employees’ attitude, first, look at your attitude — Are you being nice? And remember, these employees are dealing with a lot of customers for hours, just be nice to them. Respect them.

Feb 27, 2022. Next to Staples-Dirty filthy countertop, female employee just standing overtop of the dirty countertop while she waits for the other male employee to make orders. It's a line & she just stands over the filth. No steak, or fajitas, and almost no black beans hardly-3 hours before closing and no wait time given or sign indicating out of steak. Long line waiting on 1 employee male while female employee just standing over dirty filthy counter so exasperation I just ask can you please just stop standing and clean the filth🤷🏽‍♀️ 3 Employees busy making delivery orders. Where is store manangment???

I’m trying to figure out how was your staff at 8:39 shutting down the grills and they only have random items but you want us to pay full price I’m not understanding this and not to mention not to mention your staff are quite ignorant something needs to be done people are just not out here spending money for nothing if I expect to pay these high prices I expect to get the best.

This location is never open. I have went there on 3-4 separate occasions recently. Closed. Middle of the day, 7 pm , weekend. Doesn’t matter when. Emailed corporate. Got a free meal reward but it expires. Every time i tried to go to use it. Closed. Notified corporate and they wont renew the reward. This company is a joke now. I kind of hope they go out of business at this point.
