This is one of the better run Wendy's. Orders are fast, the drive thru is 2 lanes when it gets busy and the restaurant is clean. Never had a wrong order here. The employees are usually in a good mood which is pleasant.

The drive through has never gotten my order wrong. (The Randolph location rules!)
I don't understand why the Wendy's app is still completely worthless...
Why would I order through the app and wait 20 minutes for my food to be ready when I can go through the drive through and wait 90 seconds.
