Dunkin'

My first visit here in a couple of years but on Sunday afternoon, I had a taste for donuts! Imagine my shock when I walked in and found 7 donuts. 7 DONUTS...IN THE ENTIRE STORE!! 4 glazed, 2 sour cream, and 1 vanilla cream...in the entire store! Apparently, they don't make donuts there but have them shipped in every morning. When I questioned why Dunkin' Donuts doesn't make donuts, she reminded me that their name is DUNKIN' cause they sell more than just donuts. Yeah, but shouldn't you STILL have some donuts?? They didn't. Oh well, I bought the 4 glazed and 2 sour cream donuts. I don't know who got that last one...

The donuts were very hard. The only offer chocolate and powder. I'm normally have not had a problem out of this location The lady at the window very sweet. I don't know if they were short-staffed or management changed. The service was very different. And the donuts was awful. I would have appreciated more if they would have said the donuts were old and they're hard but I can take them if I chose to versus selling hard donuts.

This Dunkin used to be awesome and it was the best location. Now the last couple months or so, the iced coffee constantly taste sour and awful and they will not listen to how you want your drink on top of the coffee randomly being awful. Is something not being cleaned? Are they using coffee from the day before? It’s disgusting. There used to be a food item that i would get everyday and then they constantly started serving it to me cold even when I asked to make sure they cooked it all the way. New management or something has changed and service and quality went down hill fast. And now today they said they didn’t have enough time to give my boyfriend a coffee that taste good after being served one that tasted sour and gross. This Dunkin used to be amazing I don’t know what happened
