To anyone reading this, I would not recommend eating or working at this KFC location. The restaurant does not value the quality of your food or the cleanliness of the environment it's prepared in. All employees are careless and reckless to the point where they do not respect the safety and health regulations to deal with food properly. Plus, the work environment is toxic and degrading to any individual who works there, speaking from my own experiences. It's also why the restaurant fails to keep employees long-term. The team who has remained on staff is unprofessional and disgusting. And I would never want any of them to prepare my food. This location is receiving a one-star rating because there isn't an option for no stars.

Went on Memorial Day, they were hosting a small party inside for the employees so the inside was closed for customers resulting to the drive through line being extremely long. I order a crispy 8 piece and Mac and cheese , only for her to tell me at the NEXT window they only have original and I have to wait on the Mac and cheese. Waiting on the food, this chicken was oily and soggy, Mac was pretty good! What really rubs me the wrong way is how their priorities are backwards here. How are you having a party, buckets of chicken and drinks on the table, music going in the background ( I could literally hear it through the drive through speaker) and not be ready for a small dinner rush. I definitely won’t be back, and for that manger to be there for literally YEARS probably decades, she should know better.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Decided to try KFC for the first time on Thursday, May 26th, 22 at 8:57 pm (Liberty Rd, Maryland location) and the person who was taking my order was terrible and very unprofessional. It was the worse experience ever. I asked about the food and she got frustrated telling me to look at the picture (like she wasn’t gonna explain anything). I stayed in line (I was at the drive through) but I gave up on the order and didn’t get anything. I asked to talk to the manager and she said that she was the manager. I Will never try to get KFC again.

Beyond chicken very over priced in my opinion. For 14.99 i think in should receive enough chicken to feed a family i should receive enough to feed a family of 4. I mean in terms of the main course. For $14.99, i got 6 squares that were the size of chicken nuggets. Perhaps KFC should just stick with chicken or whatever it is they are good at.
