One of the best pizza’s I have eaten for many years
This chef owner has a deep passion for food, ingredients are first class
How nice to eat something that isn’t processed to the eye balls
No TVs showing the game or blaring out , people actually were talking
Great job
This place is great! Located near the Rancho Santa Margarita lake. Great selection of delicious pizza and fabulous wines. They also have other items on the menu if you are not down for pizza, which are just as amazing. Highly recommend.
The pizza here is delicious. It is real ITALIAN pizza, not American fast food pizza like Pizza Hut or Dominoes. Yes this place is great compared to the places in it's vicinity, but it is over rated by the people saying it is the best ever. This place serves real pizza, Italian "style"It is very good and I am glad I discovered this place so I may come again. 5 Stars for such a close atmosphere and pizza to pizza from Europe.
Amazing, classic pizza. Simple topping choices ( pepperoni, mushroom, margarita) but unseat quality. Simple and delicious. There is probably a wait but what I appreciated is that they were accurate in their timing estimate - got a drink around the corner and our table was available at exactly the time they told us it was. Also BYOB!! That takes the cake.
The antipasto salad was amazing, as well as the uncut super authentic pepperoni pizza 👌🏼. Followed by a fresh cannoli for dessert. Perfect portions for my husband and I to share. I didn't catch the waitresses name, but she was on top of it and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back.
Anyone who has been to Naples or has eaten the pizza in Connecticut (called "apizza") will fall in love with this authentic Napolitano style pizza here. It is by far the best I have eaten in CA. It's small and has a good menu with some interesting specials and staples, but I only come for the pizza. Love it.
I've had this place bookmarked forever and finally had the chance to go last night.
We were both working late and hungry so we decided to eat first and hang out later. Since it's a short walk from his place, I decided to park my car there so that we could enjoy the weather, take in the awesome lake view, and finally eat dinner here.
We got a big table to ourselves near the kitchen and two glasses of Chianti to get our evening started and unwind from the day. We took a quick glance at the menu and decided to start with the carpaccio, roasted tomatoes and burrata, and the creole shrimp.
The burrata and shrimp were perhaps my favorite - so simple but done perfectly. Burrata is like crack to us and we were fighting over who would take the last piece. The shrimp is a generous serving of 4 perfectly seasoned and spicy shrimp. We split that order and then decided to get a baked pasta dish and the sausage fennel pizza with a crispy bacon topping. Both were amazing and we were beyond stuffed with no room for dessert.
We were both buzzed and full from dinner. Good thing we walked so that we could burn it off.
Read reviews, looking for a thin crust pizza kinda place. Decided to try this. Glad we did! Great atmosphere / music, unique pizza and super nice folks!
Great place to eat but a little pricey. . A glass of red wine, grilled artichoke and garlic bread appetizers and pizza for dinner. All delicious. Ordered tiramisu for dessert...wouldn't order it again.
This place is awesome. Delicious food. The pizza burrata is a must. The wine. The music. Enjoy.
THE best pizza you can get in the area, it's also fairly priced as well
True Italian pizza. Amazed by the quality!
