I bought dinner for my family and a few friends. Spent $42 bucks on a $30 fill-up & three sides... My older son shows me his chicken on his plate.....it was disgusting! Looked like roaches climbed inside the chicken before it was cooked! I took it back and they told me it's supposed to look that way. Guess I won't be going back there again anytime soon!👎

The lady helping me at the register was either confused or on drugs I asked for spicy tenders meal and all I got was a deer in the headlights look when I asked if they offered the spicy tenders she just looked at me then I asked if I could just get the meal then and again a look of disbelief so after standing there for 2 min for this to process I informed the lady all I want is a tender meal again a long long pause then asked what sides 🤬🤬🤬 I know it's fast food but really scraping from the bottom of the barrel with the new employees I will never again visit this location horrible customer service!

We bought chicken at this location on Baseline in Rancho Cucamonga, we spent $50.00 on A family size 16 pieces. It was the worst chicken we’ve had! The prices were terrible, too many back pieces, with no meat! And the original recipe was soggy and greasy! Wasn’t even warm. We said we would never go there the last time we ate there. But unfortunately we thought we’d give it on more try. What a mistake! NEVER AGAIN!!

I rarely post a review for a fast food establishment mainly because you really don't expect much when it's fast food. When I do take the time to post a review it's because we received great service and the food is very good and often unique. I often share photos and encourage others to try it, especially if it's a family owned business. Unfortunately, this review is the absolute opposite. Normally, I let bad experiences go and simply don't go there again. However, the food served at the KFC on Baseline in Rancho Cucamonga was absolutely horrible, the worst I have ever had and I can't stay quiet about this. It was about an hour before closing and we ordered a 12 piece family meal. The place was empty and our order was given to us quickly. When we got home and opened our meal we were shocked to see the chicken and potato wedges we we're given. The chicken was dry, over cooked and hard. The potato wedges were also dry and hard. Both the chicken and potato wedges looked as if they had spent hours and hours under the heating lamp. Food in this condition should never be served to a customer. Obviously this location is lacking proper management. Maybe it's time KFC's corporate started looking into their franchises. Obviously someone is not doing their job and ultimately the KFC name is losing its integrity. I added photos, I'm curious to see if they will be shared.
