I just had one of my worst experiences in a fast food restaurant. The food gets way too cold too fast but that's the least of the problems. I spent 30 minutes in the store while a lady cut in line in front of me. Plus after that delay I had to wait and watch as the singular employ had a chit chat with the woman who cut in front of me about an inappropriate topic. To add salt to injury the sandwiches I ordered were not labeled for some reason and I had to rip one open and wrap it again because it wasn't the right one. This store needs better management and employees that don't sit there and watch while people cut in line. Get your act togather.

Small Location but good use of the space they have. Regular Subway friendly staff. I would have given 5 stars but the Soda machine mix is way off... giving all the drink a funny or weird taste

This Subway is a convenient place to eat if you're trying to grab something quick to eat before a movie. They had a regular selection of sandwiches and toppings. When we were there the line and wait was extremely long comma the customer service was not good and the place looked dingy and not well maintained. Even though I gave it only three stars I would probably come back here again

This was my WORST Subway experience thus far!!! I ordered two sandwiches and told the girl I wanted oil but she put vinegar instead and I told her I said oil we don't want vinegar on our sandwiches. She shrugs her shoulders and proceeds to wrap them up. I said again, we don't want vinegar on our sandwiches so then she huffs and puffs and begins to take the items off the bread and I told her no thank you and walked out. Then I called to complain, and the manager says she is new and that will never happen to you again I promise. Well, she's got that right because I will NEVER step foot in there again. I mean what was she going to do? Reuse the vinegar soaked bread?

Went last night with the kids for a fast bite before the movie starts. They close at 10 but still took our order and was made to our choice with no extra charge. Actually they chafed us less because we didn't take the toys with our happy meals. Thank you.

I've noticed new staff in the late afternoon/evening time, and I must say their service and quality has improved very much! The place is much cleaner now and even the bathroom looks nicer. I've been happy with my experience here recently!

It's alright.
On Friday June 22, a employee had yelled and hitted the bathroom door because I was using it after hours. I was doing a #2 when the employee did this. He even threaten to call the police if I don't get out. I was very upset with the employee for his behavior. I'm calling customer service to ensure that the employee's behavior is reprimanded because this is unacceptable for an employee to be doing this.

This place is awful. My coworkers and I have gone for lunch a few times and every time it has been a disappointment. The last time they had 3 employess plus the manager during lunch and still managed to be very slow and get our orders wrong. My sandwich was put at the end of the line 3 times! My co-worker ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and when she asked for extra buffalo sauce, the employee added BBQ sauce. It was noticed before the sandwich was wraped up and the manager told the employee to just scrape it off. They should have made her a new sandwich! Another co-worker orders the new avocado turkey sandwich. They make her sandwich and put a few paper thin slices of avocado on her sandwich. After she pays, she realizes they charghed her extra for the avocado. Shouldn't it be included inthe sandwich price, since it IS called Turkey Avocado??? As we tried to pay, we find out their card reader isnt working so the manager calls "another " store to run the payment for her. As we get our food, she starts shouting out to incomming customers if they have cash. Very unprofecional. We will never go there again. This was the last draw.
