A delicious yet misunderstood Chinese restaurant. My first experience here was for dim sum. I expected dimsum carts flowing around and picking off the cart. Not so here. I got a menu sheet like an AYCE sushi place with prices. I look at the prices and some seem kinda high. I was getting discouraged. Then I got my dimsum...lol The sui mai was double the normal size. And... It was awesome. I ordered chicken feet, jellyfish , etc. It seemed pricy but the quality was there . It also seemed pricy because I over ordered. When you come here order half what you normally would at another dim sum place. The size of the portions are big. Now that I know how it is here I will still return but with the knowledge on how to order..lol. I also want to mention the restaurant looks pretty swanky for typical chinese. It's higher end Chinese cuisine and when you taste the food you'll definitely confirm it for yourself..

We love the dim sum served here! I think this is the only dim sum restaurant that has such authentic HongKong dim sum in the Inland Empire! We definitely need it here so we don’t have to drive too far to have dim sum.

Very good restaurant, very good executed dishes, special dishes! Friendly staff and the prices are good for the amount of food served. Hands down one of favorite restaurant these days. The food is outstanding. So many great things to choose from. Peking duck with bun and lobster are always a must.

Craving good Chinese food in the IE, but didn't want to drive out to Rowland Heights. This place hits the spot for selection, quality and taste. Dim sum came out fresh-delicious! The pork chops are a bit boney, but still excellent, tender and tasty! I had to take off a star for the sticky table, dirty seat and floor area where we sat and the difficulty in getting a servers attention. Everyone was super nice, just they were also not really attentive. Then again there was a super loud, large and fun party in the large dining room towards the back of the restaurant that probably had most of the staff occupied. Happily looking forward to our next visit.

China Republic is a dim sum and Chinese food restaurant a little bit off the highway, but totally worth the drive. They have an extremely large menu, the pricing is good, the portions are pretty big and the flavors are fantastic. Half a duck at $27 you'd think would be bad duck, but it was super juicy with crispy skin. Cream cheese wonton, garlic green beans, cucumber salad, dumplings and hum bao were all really good. I'd say the only disappointment was the chow fun noodles which we wouldn't get again, but definitely Italy would come here again in the future.

This place is so yummmmm!!! My first time here and really impressed with the food. I ordered the lobster and it’s so so yummm. The orange chicken also good. The honey walnut shrimp amazing. The shiumay exceptional!! Soo juicy and crunchy. I ordered fish also but forgot to take a picture. It was the star of the day!!! Tasteee sooo sooo good. Five star.

Hands down one of favorite restaurant these days. The food is outstanding. The prices are good for the amount of food served. The appetizer menu is the best, so many great things to choose from. The pork xiao long bao and bbq pork buns are always a must. Our waiter even gave us a free dessert. Can't say enough good things about this place.
