An oldie, but goodie favorite of my partner. At first glance, the salad bar was a bit lacking. Overall value, taste and great customer service made for a nice dining experience.

I really wanted to like this place but can't give it the full 5*. Staff were great, lovely waitress but the steak experience itself just wasn't great. Suggestion to the chef: liberal rock salt & pepper, and maybe sprigs of rosemary will enhance the flavor more. Decent place but dissapointing too

The Tuna sandwich was amazing. Super fresh and alot. My husband had the patty melt and that was perfect, medium rare and not greasy. The fries were nice and hot. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone

Great steaks. Great place. Great staff. Something has changed. Possibly the head pitmaster. I've eaten here about 30 times or so this is the only time I have ordered a medium and actually got a medium. All other times I have ordered steaks medium I've gotten it rare. So I may have to adjust my ordering preferences. Same great smokey flavor and quality cuts, a little under seasoned for my taste. If it is a new grill master people may need to adjust to his interpretation of blue, rare, medium etc.

I haven't been to Cask' n Clever in about 15 years.. I loved them then.. And ONCE again Cask' n Clever never disappoints.. The atmosphere, the Waiter, the company, and the food was off the roof!!! I absolutely loved it there!! My son took me there for my birthday, and had a wonderful experience!! Great job Cask' n Clever.😍

Wow salad bar epic, I don't know how to post pictures but I took a few they have a wonderful salad bar, other patrons like to talk instead of filling their plate in front of you but that's not the restaurant's fault, the best salad bar I've seen in over 5 years bar none.
My waitress whose name was Paris what a wonderful young Lady she deserved fairly generous cash gratuity p I left her.
-2 stars for the fish of the day apparently fresh halibut it was not fresh and I don't think it was halibut I think it was frozen cod it was over seasoned with pepper & mushy which tells me it wasn't fresh I should have stood my ground and then sent it back to the kitchen but I just paid for it and fed it to my cat.
I have wonderful memories of cask and cleaver of rancho mirage this will be my go-to place for my next meal when I have to go to the VA I'll give their sandwiches or steaks a try they never disappointed in the past.
