Aurelio’s Pizza

Staff wasn't very friendly, but the pizza was as good as others have claimed. Pizza was ready to go upon my arrival as we ordered online. Speaking of online...their app is not very user friendly. I could not figure out how to order a half/half pizza. I also could not find a way to pay online. ...most importantly, my $30 one topping pizza was very good. This is worth a try when you feel like splurging a bit.

I'm so happy my husband discovered this awesome pizza parlor/restaurant. We had one of the tastiest pizzas we have had in 30 years! The crust was sweet and crunchy, the sauce was absolutely delicious! They sauted our mushrooms, green pepper, & red onion first before they put it on the pizza which really brought the flavors out of the veggies after it was baked. There sausage is fresh homemade super tasty sausage and they gave us lots of it! It was the best! They have a great menus with lots of other choices besides pizza. But I highly recommend the pizza! I also loved all the Beatles memorabilia on the walls everywhere as I'm a huge Beatle fan. They have live acoustic music on Friday nights so that will be another added plus. And the service was awesome! Aurelius is a little gem in Ramsy for sure! I'm so happy we have a new pizza parlor!

Aurelio's is a pizza chain based out of Illinois and this is the only location currently in Minnesota. The quality of the pizza crust is better than most pizza places around. The sauce is almost smokey and quite thick but no chunks which I quite like. I was going to give this place a 4 star but due to a mess up in the kitchen and how it was handled I'm leaving less than happy about an otherwise happy visit. The staff is friendly enough and quite accommodating besides the mishap. Even though I had a poor experience I have to say it's probably the best crust I've had for a pizza and the pepperoni got nice and crisp in some spots which rocked. I certainly recommend coming here and trying it out though I recommend getting the thin crust over the stuffed pizza. The atmosphere is pretty dull but it fits the place so it's not really an issue so much so it actually feels kinda cozy. Just because my experience wasn't a 4 or more doesn't mean much honestly, the food is good and worth the price and if everything went better I would give this place a 4 for sure.
