So happy with this location! Seating is plentiful, location is within shopping center and easy to find, and service was fantastic. Also, I'd like to give a special shout out to Marlo and her excellent service!
I had a fantastic experience at Tropical Smoothie! It's a delicious and nutritional option and man is it yummy. They have breakfast food and lunch. And ofcourse a kids menu. I wish we had one closer. I can't wait to go again!!
Michelle made the best I have ever had in my entire like this morning. Both Michelle and Carmen were very friendly and provided not only a great smoothie but also a great atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Pretend you like customers the women behind the counter greeted us when we came in but the guy who was supposed to take our order seemed disturbed we were even there... talking to the other worker for 3 mins than walking over to the register like we didnt exist.. after we got our order he kept walking in out to the parking lot..It was a very "twilight zone" moment... I have owned some restaurants this doesnt cut it. I was worried about the guy.. The smoothies are awesome. He is in my prayers. Cheers Mate
Pretty good all in all like most of these restaurants are. But haven’t been to many it seems like at this one you really need to ask them to grind the smoothie up thoroughly. Otherwise you will have large chunks of ice and put up with that or have them redo it. for that reason, I tend to avoid this one, but when I go, I always let them know to please grind up the smoothie completely.
Very good! I highly recommend the Jamaican Jerk Chicken wrap! Also the Chia Banana Boost + Peanut Butter! YUMMY! Nice employees too. 1 person short today but the 2 there were working hard to fill all the orders. I think I waited about 20 minutes to order & get my food. So not too bad considering only 2 employees there. However, one negative is that it always has a strong burning smoke type odor. Wish they would fix/prevent that. Maybe the grill needs cleaning more frequently? It's a turn-off for sure. Otherwise everything is good and tasty.
Great smoothies and good service. Though customize with different forms of protein. They also have wraps and flatbread sandwiches.
This location off of Falls of Neuse is consistently better than the Creedmore location. The smoothies are more favorable and the wraps taste better. I don’t know what they are doing differently, but I travel to this location rather than the other.
This place is great. Perfect example of hard workers and friendly customer service. Now I will tell you that some of their blenders are broken and looks like the quesadilla machine is broken and also their bathrooms are broken all the time that this in no means takes away from great staff. The manager Vincent is always nice and helps so fast despite him not having proper tools to do the job. Customers can see he enjoys his job. I hope he can find another company to help him excel if they wont provide the tools needed for him and staff (they appear understaffed during the busiest times of the day. Looks like the company cares more about profits than staff
