I used the drive through and had good service and food. Since I worked for a Taco Bell in northern California a few years ago, when my other job was slow, I have certain items I really like. My favorite is the crunch wrap, and I have them toast it a little longer so all of the contents are hot. It’s nice and filling, healthy, and no dripping, while driving.
For a lunch rush in a busy part of town...
Spent maybe 7 minutes total in the drive thru. Food was completely correct, hot and actually fresh. Staff was extremely friendly and personable. Whoever was working the window that day deserve high praise. Truly impressed
I don't know I love this place occasionally there's a mistake but everybody always helps out and is really sweet about it. This is probably the best location in town. And the food is always good!
Tried this location twice while tending to my ailing mother; So good enough the first time & 2nd made it worthy of review.
Sammy Hagar era Van Halen (5150) queued the feeling today ~ Can the Best Of Both Worlds really exist in a world in transition? Depends on how you take it, eh?
I'll say 1986 could be the build date on this outparcel ~ stucco on the outside, weird tile action on the inside. This location got the pre-covid furniture overhaul, 4 self order kiosks, a paint job (the beige ceiling tiles don't look bad), and the self-serve drinkerator.
What's funny is how precision marks this one: there's no green Mt. Dew at the drive through window so every order (there are many) is walk out front to fill. That drive through should be a DMV test track. The show from inside watching all the poorly driven cars circulating is worth a combo meal.
I learned that there is another TB elsewhere on 6 forks, Dashers please make sure you are picking up from the right one.
The crew here is what stands above the odd architecture, goofy drive through lane and end of in person interaction. They're chatty, want to do well, and seem to chuckle a bit at the irony of it all.
A digital overlay on this most analog of starting points. It works and that's enough. The style keeps a wry smile from devolving into snickering.
Not everyday you get a good experience from a fastfood place. Sep 27 2023. But I did today. Food was right and tastes good.
Solid taco Bell, good service. Decor is from 1993 though 😉
Update Jan 2023: the decor was updated. However now it's all beige and I miss my 1993 version 😭
Half the food was cold and it's hard to ask for anything because they walk away as soon as your order is out. Nobody is at the front registers anymore. They seem understaffed.
Good food but place is very trashy
I don't know how to judge atmosphere at the drive thru, but everything else was excellent.
I know that any restaurant will have good days and bad days. I have had some less than 5 star experiences at this location but nothing worth talking about.
This last one was fantastic! The lines were long, but the people I interacted with were friendly, kind, and fun. One gentleman in particular had the biggest smile and it was infectious. He seemed like he was having fun and it made the whole experience better.
Going inside was really slow. Advertised things were missing from the ordering machine, could only order from ordering machine. Employees ordered us when we asked for help. Gave us a medium soda instead of a large. Took forever, they prioritized drive thru. 2 minutes after drive thru was completely clear we got our food, they drink machine for drive thru wasn't working so they had to get it from the main dining room area and there was no tea. Sierra mist was out of syrup.
New update 4-12-23. They've got the supply chain issues solved it seems and the drink machine and tea as well. They have all items on the menu now, only complaint is that they put the "boxes" and everything else combined in bags, so it's hard to figure out when you are separated what people ordered giving them the correct items ..
