The sandwich is fine, but be warned: they do not follow order "for later" on web orders. I put in an online order hours ahead of time and they made it right away and sent it out even though the receipt says to hold the order. I will just order exactly on time from now on.
This location is great! I have had a few orders that were not completely correct but this location always makes it right. The delivery drivers are all courteous and go above and beyond. They are freaky fast 99% of time. Good job.
We ordered 3 boxes of 24 minis for the group of adult students at our church academy. With the help of Gwen and her staff, we got a good variety; the order was ready on time for my pickup; and the sandwiches were thoroughly enjoyed by all. Gwen and staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Thank you all. You just another customer. 😀
Great service today!! Can't really go wrong with Jimmy John's. Consistency amongst locations is probably the best right behind Chick-fil-a.
The French bread used for the subs is outstanding.
Had to wait about 3-4 minutes to place our order with no other customers in the store, but the new summer wraps are awesome!!
I had a sleeping toddler in the car, so I could not exit my vehicle. But even without a drive through that was no problem for this jimmy john's! They took my order in the parking lot, took care of my card, and brought me my sandwich! The were very professional and compassionate for my situation! I am so grateful and pleased!
People get mad because theyre not perfect, either out of range or forgot to leave out tomatoes. Understand, this company is about speed. Before you finish your phone call, your sandwich is done. Thats their business model. And 2 mi. range guarantees those delivery time quotes.
In short: quit complaining about small stuff and appreciate the speediest sandwich delivery service around for what they are. And if youre outside of range, drive there yourself. They wont make you wait long at all. Good eating!
It was good but I dont eat anything but meat and cheese and there was very little meat and cheese on it. I had to order a more $$ sub and take everything off bc they would not add mustard to the slim. Which is exactly what I got for 3.50 more just to have mustard. Other than that it was good

This particular location really cares about their customers. I voiced an issue that I had with an online delivery order and the Manager Will reached out to me via email to apologize as soon as he received the complaint and even went as far as coming to see me in person to apologize! Talk about 5 star customer service, I will definitely be back soon.
