Had breakfast today at Wendy's and it was amazing. This was not my first time, the whole breakfast menu is amazingly delicious and the biscuits are far better than what you get at McDonald's. I just hope that Wendy's sticks with breakfast and doesn't abandon it, because the restaurant was absolutely dead this morning when I ate. The honey chicken sandwich was really outstanding, and the french fry wedges were piping hot.
We rolled in about 9.30pm and we were nervous about how the food would be but decided on getting it. We had a decently big order and there were no mistakes and the fries were perfectly hot! My hamburger was juicy and hot and really hit the spot!
Staff is friendly & helpful. Orders usually come out in a timely fashion. The dining room and restrooms were clean.
The food was good/fresh. The drive-thru was reasonably quick and the person at the window was very personable.
Everything was great except for leaving the parking lot. Make sure you have your GPS ready because navigating out of the Harris teeter parking lot beside it is tricky.
Through the drive thru and eating in the car in less than 3 minutes. If only Hardees across the intersection was as quick.

I originally gave them a 1 star two years ago and hadn't been back since, until earlier this week. We used to go quite often, but got tired of their inconsistencies and randomly being closed when they're supposed to be open. The place is 100x better now. I'm assuming new management and new staff is the reason. Food came out fast, was fresh and the staff I encountered were all real nice. They had 2 employees cleaning the dining room so the entire inside was very clean and looked nice. The only reason they didn't get a 5 star was because they forgot one of the items in our order. Not really sure how because all we got was 3 sandwiches and 2 large fries. We were dining in so it wasn't an issue, but just check your order closely, especially if you place a large order. We also ended up ordering frosties which were really good. Seems as of late no matter what Wendy's you go to they are half melted and not that cold.
Also, they are one of a few fast food places around that you can eat inside so that was a huge bonus.
Food was good. Asiago chicken no bacon. Fries were so so.
I really like Wendy's as far as fast food places go. I love the chili with french fries broken up in it. And a spicy chicken sandwich. But that's usually what I get. Delicious. For a super fast dinner
Excellent service for the most part, but I recommend trying to beat the lunch rush or waiting until it's over. I imagine they're short staffed due to the pandemic so it's not their fault but the wait times can be excessive around the 12 o'clock hour. To the owners: hire more people and pay the current people more. They're working too hard.
