This was by far the best experience I have had at a jersey mikes! The line moved with ease and pace and there was a welcoming crew the second you walked in. Each person on the line asked how you were and made it a point to be personal which is something that stood out. Best Jersey mikes in the area!
I went here on black Friday for lunch and the ladies working were so sweet and happy. You couldn’t help but be happy too. She asked if I wanted chips and a drink and I said “well since you asked so nicely why not!” Food was good too!
This review is about this specific Jersey Mike's. Excellent quality. Typically the fastest Jersey Mike's in this part of Raleigh.
Update: Shorthanded on Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023. Very unusual. Only 2 workers instead of 4+, but they were both working as fast as they could. They were smiling and friendly, despite the stressful situation their... boss? or coworkers? ... had left them in.
Impeccably clean store with excellent service. And, of course, the freshest, most delicious subs around. Lots of free parking right out front and plenty of seating inside.
This is a solid location with enough staff to keep up and the food quality is great! We tend to order through the app and I'm happy to say that my orders are always ready when we get there.

Last week I went here and the team turned out to be local superheroes. As I was eating, Riley noticed that my car had a flat tire. She quickly grabbed her portable air pump and tried to inflate my tire. She also went to grab soapy water to identify where the leak was on the tire. Another crew member named Efrem also helped . He gave me his keys to grab his roadside emergency kit in the trunk of his car. Another crew member also came out and offered to help me replace my flat with the spare tire. Overall, I was very amazed at how kind and helpful this team at Jersey Mikes was. Thanks again guys! And the food was great as well! Excellent service and strong community values are present at this location.
Good food clean place slow service if you’re getting the grill
Whomever is the lead at this location is outstanding(8/3 6pm). He is the taller outgoing man who I interacted with initially. This location is efficient, attentive and most importantly...the bread is fresh! Quality forward facing food service reps are hard to come by nowadays. I was thoroughly impressed with the team and sub construction at this JM location and will be back!
Awesome bunch of young men working tonight. They were super nice and respectful, more than most grown people I know. We order from this store fairly often since I work close. The bread is almost always fresh. I have only had one bad experience and it was taken care of very quickly. During the weekdays this store is very busy so ordering ahead and on line is your best option for lunch. That is the only time I have had issues in their defense it gets stupid busy in there.
The staff here are attentive, friendly and smiling. Even with masks on, you can see the smile in their eyes. The food here is amazing. Even my husband who is not really a sub fan, admits that they make a delicious sandwich.
