I go to this Wendy’s a lot and generally the food is good and fresh and my orders are usually correct. I usually don’t review places but there’s one thing about this Wendy’s that is so strange to me. Every visit, they ask me to pull forward so they can bring my food out to the parking lot, rather than having me wait at the window. Even if there is no one behind me in line, regardless of what I order. It’s not because of the wait time, since almost every time I get my food less than a minute later. I don’t really mind pulling forward, but sometimes, they’ll ask the car ahead of me to pull forward and then tell me to pull in behind them. When this happens, it doesn’t leave enough space for the car behind us to exit the drive thru if they get their food before me, as I’m blocking them in. I also feel bad for the employees who have to walk out to the parking lot every order. If they don’t mind it’s perfectly fine, but speaking for myself, I wouldn’t mind having to wait at the window for an extra minute or two to save them the trouble. Still a great Wendy’s though, the staff is always very polite and friendly.
Christina is just an excellent worker. My family and I love her. She is motivated and work with amusement. Brought our food to the table and know some of our typical Spanish language. Very nice and funny.
Wendy is okay but seems to always be out of the oatmeal raisin bar at breakfast or the croissants. Poor management mostly. If you see you stock getting low or you have a best selling item, increase your supply.
No I do not want a biscuit.
if I could give a higher rating on service I would!!! Edwan gave amazing service and was very helpful with providing the best meal possible, very fast and efficient wendy’s KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK:)

I always go across town to the Glenwood Ave. Wendy's location. Because if you ask for them to cook you a fresh Cheeseburger they will and be happy to do it. Everytime I get my cheeseburger it's hot so I just park and eat it rather than drive back across town and have to reheat it. I tell them to make sure I get hot fries and I do. I can honestly say this Glenwood Ave Wendy's has the best customer service that I have seen so far. If I'm spending my money I want everything right and they do it here. I'm a regular customer so I think they probably know my voice when I'm at the drive-thru bc I'm always greeted with kindness. I love great customer service!👌and I get it here. Great job guys.🙂 This is what my food looks like everytime.
We prefer Wendy's for lunches with our grandson and this one is a cut above others we have visited. Very competent and personable staff. Always clean and often busy, but they keep things moving and treat each customer very politely.
Was decent. Went there for the 1¢ cheeseburger.
The only issue I have with this Wendy's is the soda fountain drinks. The taste is off. Not flat, maybe old lines/tubes make the flavours odd.
