The place was almost empty and it was a good thing because there were only two waitresses working! Our waitress wasn't scheduled to work but came in as a favor for a friend (the other waitress). They did a great job considering they had to take the customer's orders, bus the tables AND check the customer's out! We had a similar experience at the Applebee's in Asheville. The difference was the food was good here, not so much in Asheville. Kudos to the pleasant ladies who took care of us on Saturday. Great job!!!

I ordered chicken quesadilla appetizer to go. I asked not to stack the pieces/sections to avoid getting soggy and sticking together and it's a soggy mess by the time you get home. My request was ignored. It's was a soggy mess, very thin and skimpy, took a couple bites and threw it away. Money down the drain.

I am a sick disabled veteran. And on this veterans day I was treated with such kindness!!!! Thank you ladies! I didn't get their names. But one had on a red shirt and nice nails. And the other had a head band on and assisted me in the bar area. Thank you ladies!!!

The hostess and wait staff were both very helpful and accommodating to us. I have mobility issues and the hostess sat us at a table near the door and parking lot so that I didn't have to walk far.
Our waitress was friendly, quick and offered suggestions for our meal and dessert.
Although the restaurant wasn't as crowded as it was during pre-pandemic times, it showed for us to enjoy our food without feeling rushed and we were able to talk and catch up on things that had happened since our last get together. 😊

We had left a Comedy show and went there to eat, we waited an hour to be seated, but when we got seated.......the young gentleman name Will was truly impressive......he was working, hard, and was very respectful, even with the overwhelming task he had..... It was 6 of us, he remembered every order without writing down anything and when we got our food.....it was hot and presentable.....this young man deserves a raise, employee of the month or something.....he will keep your customers coming...back 😁😁😁.....insider....next time tho.....I want a little more sugar in my tea tho😂😂..... Keep up the good work young man.

Jah was absolutely amazing. From greeting us at the door, taking us to our seat and then was our waiter. He did it all, smiling every time. Very attentive making sure everything was good. If we get him every time we come we won't complain. I give him 6 stars. The food was great, everything was fresh and hot. Atmosphere was great.

I have always found Applebee's so trendy, which is not my thing, but that was my son's choice to eat when we, and several family members, got together about a week before Christmas. The place has tables with high chairs in a lowered level close to the bar. I believe most of the seating in the main area is booths. We went at 11:00 am, when they first open, so they were not busy. We got mozzarella sticks to start, and they disappeared in a hurry, lol. My cheeseburger was surprisingly good. It came with a side salad and fries, but, due to some healthy problems, I can rarely eat those types of items. So, no evaluation from me on those except for the fact that they had no vinaigrette salad dressing. Very strange IMO. Parking is good, with an ample amount is handicapped spaces. I didn't use the restroom so no opinion there.

Our waiter Javier was an absolute delight!! He was super nice had a wonderful sense of humor and kept checking in on us to make sure our food was good and we had drinks. I had the bourbon chicken and shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes and it was amazing and very tasty. If I could give more than 5 stars I would 10/10 best waiter you guys have.

Their server just isn't nice, they may need to start over with her. But the food was hot and great the restroom was clean just need to refill on toilet paper. The drinks was on the money, made perfect.
