I recently tried this food truck at the Food Truck Rodeo in Raleigh. The concept is very cool however the bread was very hard and chewy. I almost felt like my tooth will fall out if bite it any harder. The sausage was just ordinary nothing extravagant in the marinara sauce tasted like pulped tomato sauce. There's a reason why the food truck did not have many people in line. Will I ever give them another try? You can baguetteitaboutit!

I didn't really know what I was getting into. I'm not really a fan of sausage... bad experiences with crunchy sausage.
I had It's Greek Tu Me (embarrassingly, I asked for "It's Greek Time") and it was really good. The sausage had a great texture and spice and the tzatziki wasn't overbearing.
It's like a grown up version of hot dogs.

The prefect response for this unexpected joy. Baguettaboutit is a colorful baguette kaleidoscope on wheels. Their Good Golly Miss Susan was a delightfully toasty addition to the craft beer and home grown band they accompanied tonight. U Talking To Me could use a bit more sauce, but if that's my only complaint then I'd say it was an enjoyable experience. Well done Baguetteaboutit.

Love their unique sausage and baguette items. The Greek variety, traditional beast and mustard and any of the spicy ones are delicious and even the bread quality is superb.

Bread was good but way to overloaded with mustard . Brat was ok but again mustard all over ...... not impressed ... even went back and told them , that I couldn’t even eat it due to all the mustard coming out everywhere .. just got a shoulder shrug .... not worth $9 !!!!!!
