As we came in there was a guy sitting in a chair by the door bleeding down his ear and face we didn't know what was going on so we kept walking to order our food the young lady did very well at first but then a Caucasian man was yelling at her and she got off track she had to wrong names on the food but it wasn't her fault she was being yelled at our Burgers was okay but didn't taste very well the salad was okay for my pastor but our fries was cold.

I've never had any issues with this location food is always fresh some people could work on their customer service voice but on New Bern Avenue we are very busy so I understand LOL overall nice establishment

It was a okay experience.
Staff were professional for the most part.
Although as some have pointed out there are some homeless folks who hang out outside the store. But they mostly keep to themselves.
Although the area in itself does have many homeless people going to and from the store which does saddens me quite a lot.
But for the most part it was okay a lot better than the Garner location that's for sure.

Hey check this out you wouldn't believe it I went to Windows the other day order me a daily special yeah with some fries and a cold drink and this homeless guy was there everybody was turning them away he walked up to my door I wrote it down I said what's going on buddy he said Mr could you please buy me some foods I'm so hungry he called me pops I said look boy let me tell you something I'm old enough to be your granddaddy you refer to me as Mr or sir you think you can remember that he said yes sir I said okay I'll see you on the other side I'll buy you breakfast have a good day then I gave him $2 for being a nice guy haven't get something down the road Wendy's yep nice place people real friendly I like the attitude I'mma go back again

I go here after work, around 11pm. Sometimes they are out of Frosty's at that time. I rated the atmosphere as 3 stars because the homeless are often standing in the drive thru lane begging. I've had to get the staff to get the homeless to leave.
