Located inside the Transfer Co Food Hall space, in the middle of the building. Easy to locate. Food is served warm and is quite tasty! I have tried a mushroom & greens (spinach or kale?) empanada and a cheesy chicken empanada. Friendly, quick counter service. Open bench seating in the hall so groups can share easily. Parking spots are available around the building, or street parking.

Great empanadas. The brisket and beef were delicious. Very savory and delicious. If you are looking for some quick snack empanadas definitely come here. Great customer service as well.

You got to check in via Yelp to get 20% off your first order. I think I was the first one to use it since the friendly cashier didn’t know how to honor it, she ended up saying she’ll just give me the discount though she thought a QR code needed to be scanned. This place is one of many stalls within a building. The ambiance of the entire place was hip, trendy, lively on a Sunday noon. Ordered 5 kinds of empanadas to go: carne, Jamon y queso (ham and cheese), kale and mushroom, pollo (chicken) and Al limon (with lemon). You can pick to get chimichurri or habanero sauce, I got the former. I had to wait for 3 hours when I got back home to VA Beach before I could try these empanadas but boy, they were worth the long drive! Every flavor was delicious! Love the chimichurri sauce! Packaging for to go was in a box made of egg carton material, kept them warm!

I liked the service is very fast. I ordered ham and cheese, caprese, al limón and beef also chimichurri and that is the only thing I did not like in my opinion, the chimichurri should be an accompaniment to the empanada not an extra. The empanadas should be of the original way of empanadas, I felt the empanadas that they don’t have the original way are smaller but the flavor is really good

Fast, consistent, delicious food. I've gone here several times and never had a bad experience. The people are nice and will explain patiently if you have any questions. I've only tried their vegetarian options and am totally happy. Vegan Sweet Beef and Caprese are my favorite, but breakfast goes to the Vegan Sausage and Cheese.

A quick bite at the right price togo! The empanadas are a decent size but the fillings is where they shine. At $3 for a empanada you can try a variety without breaking the bank. They are located in the Transfer Co. Downtown but don't worry there is plenty of free parking. I would still suggest going in non-peak times. There is plenty of seating inside and out with social distancing. You can order ahead for pick up. Touchless pay and hand sanitizer available. Worth stopping! I recommend the pulled pork with the Chimichurri Sauce.

Are you Argentinian or love argentine food? Che Empanadas is a sure bet! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner which whom I had a long chat one weekday afternoon. I then bought a dozen empanadas (or was it 2 dozens?) to share with American and Chinese friends. They were a hit! But the most important reviews came from Argentinian friends, which is an enormous compliment. Make sure to try the traditional flavors, those are a must! There are some more adventurous flavors that will stimulate your pallet with exciting sensations. If possible, please share which were the flavors you most enjoyed. ☀️To the owner: perdí tu número de teléfono! Si aún te acordas de mi, por fa escribirme así nos conectamos.

Well done authentic Argentinian empanada (You would have to visit quite a few shops in Argentina to find a empanada this tasty). Crust is light and flaky. Fillings are moist and delicious. Having taken a bite of over half of the savory menu items I didn’t find an empanada that I didn’t like. But the Al pastor, the pork, the potato knish and the spinach were my favorite. Enjoy.
