I was getting a sandwich and a customer comes in. The lady that was working there decides to make both of our sandwiches together. He was getting a steak and cheese sandwich. She used her hand as a scoop to take the steak out put it on his sandwich then returned to my sandwich and put the vegetables on top of my sandwich without changing the gloves. It was disgusting. The spinach and lettuce were rotten. I was very disappointed. My sandwich tasted like steak while I can’t stand steak. No good food health protocols

Go to a different location! They employee serving food wasn't wearing a mask even though it is currently law (8/31/2021) I saw several health code violations and she overcharged us for our sandwiches and drinks.

Lone employee couldn’t be bothered to wear a mask, then proceeded to touch his headphones after putting on his gloves, then touched my bread. Walked out before he could go any further.

I placed an app order and The female in there tonight did not put tomatoes on it and I don’t taste any vinegar. It’s a veggie sub so all the sauces should jump out on my taste buds. AAAAND I COULDNT finish the last few bites because I need my teeth. What happenend? I’ve never gotten a toasted sandwich this toasted.

I went to this place, because it's down the street from my house and convenient. After making the customer's sandwiches, the cashier and the customer began to argue about a coupon...A DAMN COUPON! Ten minutes into the argument, the cashier calls the manager of the store. I don't know what happened next, because I left and so did the man who was in front of me and behind me.

I placed an order online and their computer didn't alert anyone working the shop of my order. The young woman working was caught completely off guard, and told me I was at the wrong location until I pulled out my online receipt. Once she realized she was supposed to have the order done already she got right to work, but she was rushing to make up for the error. I had to stop her twice as she forgot the extra meat I paid for and other ingredients.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS SUBWAY!!!!! Walked in and the lady was bundling money and when she was finally done she went to take my order WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS!!!! It was absolutely disgusting! If she did that in front of me I wouldn't want to know what she does when people aren't looking! A three year old know to wash their hands after touching money! I WOULD NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
