I have been eating at the Falls of Neuse location at least twice a week for over a year now, and they've never let me down. The food is spectacular, employees go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating, and the facility is kept nice and orderly. Be sure to stop by if you're looking for dependable, healthy, and flavorful asian inspired food.
My son and I stopped by for lunch yesterday and were greeted by a very friendly cashier, Abby, who patiently answered questions about the menu and took our order. In between taking orders Abby helped kitchen staff prepare orders to go and checking in at tables to make sure customers had everything they desired. I was very impressed with her level of service and pleasant, friendly attitude. Good service is not something I'm used to experiencing much of anymore no matter where I go.
I would give a 5 star rating for Abby and the other hustling staff but was a little less happy with the food itself. My son was satisfied with the tofu dish he ordered but the flavor of the Kung Pao chicken I ordered was not what I was expecting and tasted a little "off" to me. Also, the Crab Rangoon appetizer my son ordered came after the entrees were served, which I don't think he minded much but other people might have a problem with.
Really good. Want to give it 5 stars, just seems to be missing something. Menu was a little confusing. Portions were... a lot of rice, not much chicken. Another dish that was ordered had a ton of vegetables and not a lot of meat. I would eat there again.
Place an order to go and had a 25% off coupon. I got the spicy Polynesian poke bowl. My order was taken in a timely manner and I was on my way out the door in about 10 minutes. the poke bowl is one of my favorite things on their menu. It's healthy and delicious.
We always enjoy our meals at Pei Wei. A nice variety of options that are light, but filling and satisfying.
Usually good but today they were short staffed, so it was very very slow. We ordered online and got a notification that our order was done, but 20 minutes after getting the notification our ordered was still not fulfilled.
The food is on point. Delicious. Young man at checkout needs a personality transplant and a hearing aide. I ordered a roll and asked him several questions regarding how many pieces, how large, and he gave me the rice bowl meal. I'll be back but will watch what I'm paying for.
I love this restaurant and eat lunch here quite often. It is made fresh when you order and pretty quick as well. So much more enjoyable than a fast food chain. Occasionally bring the family here for dinner and everyone loves it. I like most everything on the menu but my fav is chicken pad thai and king pao shrimp
Great fresh food we had the fire cracker chicken and orange chicken. The customer servicewas even better. Thanks Staci she was great to us today.
I'm a big fan of clean food and Pei Wei has that. My kids love the honey seared with Noodles. They are always coming up with new ways to serve food.
