Highly recommend the lemon bars here. It’s nice and flakey with a soft center. Good lemon flavor and yet still light. Definitely a better lemon bar then some I’ve had before that are a bit on the heavier side.

Found Nancy Jo's cakes/cupcakes and pies by chance while walking around the Farmer's Market in Raleigh. For the past 2 years we have tried nearly everything she makes and it's hard to pick a favorite!! Pecan pie and Caramel icing cake are at the top if you make me choose :) A wonderful treat for you
