This ice cream spot was the last on the list for my Mother’s Day celebration. After a fun-filled and active day, what better way to close the day out than with some fresh and flavorful ice cream rolls?
This ice cream shop is located in the Morgan Street Food Hall among a variety of restaurants and shops. It was very crowded in the Morgan Street Food Hall.
We waited in line for a good amount of time before we got to order. There are a few selections of signature ice cream rolls, and you also have the option of making a custom ice cream roll with your favorite ingredients. A list of available ingredients and toppings is displayed.
They prepare everything right in front of you, so you get to see the process. That was pretty cool. It was great watching them make the ice cream rolls.
We ordered Grandma‘s Nanner Puddin and a berry custom made ice cream roll. They were creamy, smooth, and tasted great!
We went to Raleigh rolls in a morgan food court area. It was a nice place with a lot of flavors . We wanted to try something different and picked three flavors of vanilla wafer, biscoff cookie, and oreo cookies. It turned out amazing. We enjoyed our ice cream. There is enough seating to enjoy whatever you ordered in the food court.
Absolutely delicious ice cream rolls! They deserve all the hype! I really enjoyed eating and indulging in this treat I love Biscoffee cookies so this was pure perfection for me! The personnel was friendly and got it done fast.
This place was great! It was in the middle of a food court with a variety of places to eat! The ladies serving us was so nice. I got the cup called monkey-n-around w/ fruity pebbles and caramel!!!! It was so good! I will be back!
Unique texture and amazing taste! Definitely worth experiencing if you are visiting Raleigh or are looking to try something new and different!
We went to Raleigh Rolls for the first time, it was about closing time but we were glad that they took us. We tried their Money N Around and Chocolate over loaded. Being a first timer for the roll ice cream and soft server lover for us it was a bit hard Ice cream and too much sweet. One Serving size is enough for two.
This place is awesome! Definitely stop in here for a sweet treat. They happened to be running a current special featuring baklava, pistachios and flavored ice cream in conjunction with Sassool.
It was one of the best ice cream treats I've had to date! It was really cool watching Amanda hard at work in the process of rolling ice cream. Also, you can't beat the vibe at Morgen Street Food Hall, always a great time people watching and trying out the new selections. If you want to shop local, this is your go-to spot as well.

We all know that ice cream is the perfect ending to a fun weekend or the perfect beginning to a new work week... - either way you see it, Raleigh Rolls has some sweet treats you might want to check out! These guys have been rocking and rolling now for about two years and are located inside of the @morganstreetfoodhall. They have over 500 different flavor combinations that you can customize on your own. The rolled ice cream is important from Thailand (yep real Thai rolled ice cream). These guys recently purchased a new ice cream truck that’s mobile and they are ready to serve all of your social distant outdoor gatherings. Here’s a cool secret that we found out, the Pumpkin Pie ice cream flavor will be debuting sometime in October so get ready pumpkin fans. But don’t let October get here and you not try the ice cream before hand. These guys are open now, all wearing masks and ready to see you come through those shiny doors. Ok... so here is the part that might make you want to lick your phone - Pictured here is the Mixed Berry rolled ice cream in a cup. It’s strawberries, raspberries and blackberries all topped with Fruity Pebbles, whipped cream and sliced strawberries. And in the taco waffle cone is the Chocolate Overload. That’s a mix of Oreo cookies topped with M&Ms, sprinkles, whipped cream and Nutella. Ok, enough said ... me and my girl Sierra gotta finish these bad boys before they melt! Check these guy out and tell them Roger K sent you!
Omg! The ice cream was AMAZING! Portion sizes were perfect, toppings were proportionate to the ice cream. These girls were super efficient but the HEAT in the food hall was against them. They were working very hard and communicated with the customers. Apologized for the delays due to the heat in the food hall. Can’t wait to visit again!
