It was okay. I would of thought they would have a Valentines Day menu. Two of the drinks I ordered, they didn't have the ingredients to make. The waiter Eric was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. It seemed that the kitchen staff were waiting on customers as well. The food was alright, nothing to write home about. I gave it 4 stars because they were truly trying.

I had not been to this chain restaurant in a long time. It was nice. We had no wait to be seated (it was almost 9:30pm) and at this time of night they were only serving appetizers and burgers. Our service was great. The food was good. It was a good after movie date night grab a quick bite to eat spot.

We decided to stop in on a Saturday, Fox & Hound was but crowded and we were seated immediately.
Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive.
Food was okay. It was served quickly and arrived at the table hot, as expected. It looked much better than it tasted. I ordered The Dilemma, a chicken breast with cheddar cheese, bacon, and a fried egg. It had an odd flavor, maybe it was the maple miso butter. Whatever it was, it took away from the sandwich. I did get the tater tots and that was a nice change from fries.
My son got the chicken wings. One of them was a little larger and definitely undercooked. We told it server and he offered to bring more. Of course something like that will chase away any appetite you have. We told him we didn't want any more but to let the kitchen know so they can make sure to thoroughly cook the wings.

Amazing service and delicious food! Couldn't ask for anything better!
Stopped by for lunch with a friend and had 3 others that were going to join us. Two were on a short lunch break so we told our waitress as we were seated we were going to go ahead and order for them since they were in a hurry but we were going to take a moment to look over the menu. Our waitress was amazing. That food came out before the two people were (they're always late but that's on them). She offered to have the French fries recooked if they were too cold by the time the two arrived, which was so nice!
When the other three arrived and food was ordered everything was so delicious! My friend ordered the nachos but asked for French fries rather than chips on the base. They where so accommodating and said they could do that for her. I ordered the appetizer sampler and swapped the pretzels for tater tots. Boyfriend ordered a burger while the two quick eaters for the widow maker burger.
Everything was delicious! Cooked perfectly! If you left hungry it was your own fault!

Came in here last night with a couple of friends. I actually have not been to this establishment since beach music festival was a thing pre-Covid! So it was nice to come and hang out. They were nice enough to put the hockey game on the big screen TV for us and they had an LIT special. Cheers!

Walked in and received a welcoming greeting. We were seated at our table within a few minutes. I had there wings with a couple of different sauces, sweet chili and buffalo, both were delicious my Margarita was made to perfection by Jason. I have to say the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The General manager Arthur was very kind and charming. We will definitely be coming back to the Raleigh North Hills location.

Place is nice. At first we walked in and stood by the door for a minute and no welcoming. Was on the phone with his back turned to us. We just walked in. Sat at the bar and Jason made our day. Made me a drink that came out to perfection. Just the type of drink I like. You tell him what you like and he can create to you're satisfaction. Will return !

We were there celebrating a birthday with a party of 7 and didn’t have to wait when we got there, waitress was great, food was timely and great but then as we were about to leave the hostess came up and asked us to “wrap it up” because there was a large party waiting on our table. I have NEVER been asked to leave a restaurant after just spending a decent amount of money. We also were not spending an excessive amount of time. We had not long finished our food when they asked us to be done.
I would like to edit this post to say that after writing this review the company reached out and treated us to a dinner on them and apologized several times! The manager was very nice that we spoke with and the waitress and hostess were great this time around! That is good customer service.

We have always had a good experience here. Staff has always been nice and service has been great. Great place to watch your favorite NFL team on Sunday afternoons. There isn’t a bad seat in the house. They also have a rewards program which appears to work our well for those who may frequent more often.
