Customer Service:
The Wilde Cook's Indian Grill went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! I ordered a nice late-night meal on DoorDash and called to verify some details about the spice level of the food. The man was extremely polite and helpful. My driver picked up my order and then cancelled it. I called the owner of the restaurant to let them know that I would place an order tomorrow since my order was cancelled after being picked up. Instead, the man offered to remake and deliver my food. He took down my address and made sure to get this to me despite my order being placed at 11pm. The driver called to let me know he was on the way and he was so kind when delivering my food. The customer service was so beyond my expectations- which is an extremely important component of a business. They are under new management and I am just so impressed. I wish this restaurant much success going forward.
Food:
I ordered a large white rice, a medium spicy curry chicken, and garlic naan bread. Two words: FIVE. STARS. The food is as beautiful and delicious as the photos. There is something about Indian Food from a good local restaurant. You can just taste the love and time that went into this food. The garlic naan was fresh, pretty, and delicious! The curry chicken was perfectly seasoned and so was the rice. I've been craving Indian food for a week and it definitely hit the spot! They are clearly passionate about their food AND service; the best of both worlds. If you're looking for a new Indian joint to try- these are your people. I will be ordering food again from here very soon. This is my new spot. Thank you for the wonderful experience
Came here late at night ordered the biryani and papdi chaat. Taste was fine and good. Make sure you look at their score.
Dining room open until 1a! Incredible late night food option for Raleigh!! Show them some love and give them a try. A humble space with temendous flavor! Don't miss!!

We had such a great experience! Staff and food was wonderful! We had the Dosa with fish curry. Dosa was crispy and we added extra spice to the curry and it was the perfect level of spice.
The Samosa is a great appetizer. Crispy, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Garlic nan was fresh and perfectly seasoned. A great vessel for the meat.
We also had the goat dum biryani. Goat was super tender and you get such a large portion it’s enough for 2 people by itself! You also get a few sauces and it’s nice to break up your bites with different flavors. The bhel puri is served cold and a unique puffed rice dish with spices and vegetables. A nice way to balance something spicy.
My 1 year old couldn’t get enough of the mango lassi, a yogurt mango drink. They even provided a milk tea for free at the end of our meal which was better then both tea and coffee in my opinion. I am not big on either but I could drink that all day.
There are probably 60 different dishes on the menu so something different to try each time you go! We will definitely be back!
My girlfriend and I met for Indian food every time she's in Raleigh. This time we were looking in a new part of town and we stumbled across this charming place with INCREDIBLE food! The flavors were so rich and complex, just the right amount of heat, and the butter chicken was to DIE for! Definitely our new go-to place for authentic Indian cuisine!
What a find! My girlfriend discovered this place on a whim and we decided to give it a shot. The chicken tikka masala and garlic naan were to die for. The staff is wonderful and there was hardly any wait for anything. I absolutely recommend checking this place out!
Delicious lamb korma and naan! The rice was wonderful as well. We've tried korma all over Raleigh and this was by far the best we've tried! Perfect amount of spice and excellent flavor. The bread was cooked perfectly and the lamb was so tender! We will certainly be back again very soon! We loved sitting outside under the twinkle lights!
A nice, quiet spot for Indian food - got the lunch combo and it was tasty. The portion was also really large. I would recommend this place
Amazing place for healthy food, in main course I had authentic world famous Mutton Hyderabadi Biryani. Highly recommend to Indian food lovers

This quaint little place was simply fabulous!! The food was absolutely amazing. It was all seasoned very deliciously and they had a great variety to choose from on the lunch buffet. Not to mention that the cost was very reasonable as well. I came with my one year old and they were all so friendly to her. This is very economical dining in a fancy little restaurant. I just happened to find this doing a google search. No disappointment here.
