This place has one of the best Indian food in Tri-cities. Indian food is rich with flavors and contains numerous amount of spices and the chef/owner is very skilled in creating his artisan dishes. @ Taj Mahal you will never receive any frozen foods, yeah the service might be slow sometimes but patience always pays off. Not too many places serve tandoori dishes or naans cooked over charcoal the old fashioned way like Taj Mahal
Wow, Delicious food ! Our first time here and we were greeted by the owners, very friendly hospitable people. We ordered the chicken tiki masala, garlic naan and yogurt.
We will be back!!
Got the Taj Mahal Dinner for 2 and there wasn't a single thing that wasn't incredible. Best part, there was enough food for 3/4 people so we have plenty of leftovers for later.
We came during lunch and was hoping that there was a lunch buffet but the sweet owner was telling us that they tried for a few months but there were not enough customers to justify keeping the buffet going. They however, have a lunch special with 4-5 dishes on a tray with rice and nan. They were very good and huge portion size. Will def come back again!
Still 5STAR
And theve done some renovations. Love love this family restaurant.
Don't forget all you reviewers to LIVE a little, SMILE alot, and ENJOY life by BEING NICE!!!
Best hidden Indian restaurant! I am a huge fan of Indian food. These dishes are to die for. The quality and flavors of their food were amazing. I will be back for sure. They had lamb, goat, chicken, and beef. Staff was amazing too. Very friendly and tended to our needs. Thank you for a great dinner!
I love the food, it was fresh home cooking. It was very delicious. It’s the best Indian food place I’ve tried. The husband and wife who work there make you feel like you are at home. Both the vegetarian and non vegetarian options are great and tasteful. The naan bread is freshly made and amazing! The cheese naan is to die for. I highly recommend.
This is by far our favorite Indian take out. We LOVE the butter chicken. The chicken curry is also very good.
This has been a spot for a couple of times, and I have to recommend this restaurant for their food and service. The menu has a variety of foods with your trademark Tandoor meats, biriyani (I'm not sure if I spelled it right), paneer and much more. The menu is extensive with great meats, vegetarian, desserts, and Lassi. As a fan of Indian food, this place has been amazing, to come have business and family meals. The family owning this is always welcoming and kind, bringing extra food or tea with a smile. It may be a little pricey but I believe it is worth the cost. If you are new to Indian food, or need a fun date dinner I would recommend the Taj Mahal dinner for 2, which includes Appetizers, Rice, Curry, Naan, Tea, and desert. It is a fun way to try different types of food in a 3 course format. I love this place, will be back and bring clients.
First time here and the service was great. The place was very clean and quiet. I got the creamy chicken tikka masala with garlic naan. The food tasted great and we were served good portions. Definitely will be back to try other dishes.
