The burger is to die for. Put it this way, I can eat it cold, and it tastes just as good as hot. The haystack onions are fantastic. You just need to go and try it out. Look at the menu on line and I'm sure that you will like something on it. Hope my opinion helps you out. Have fun 😊

The restaurant posted a sign stating that they were short of help; but, the service was excellent and the food was delicious and fresh! You would never know that they were short on staff. Very clean environment.

I really like this place. They have a great tasting burger that is not greasy nor is it hard to digest. It's obviously a good quality of beef and cooked to perfection. All of the toppings have been super fresh each time I have visited, the sweet potato fries are perfect each time, and the fresh chilies always have that bit of zing that I so appreciate. 10/10 for burgers and sides, I heartily recommend.

First time here, great food, service was friendly, the cashier had a smile on her face and was extremely professional. Will definitely be coming back to here to try out their other food. Try the smoked brisket, you won’t be upset by it.

Oh. My. Goodness. We will take another flight to NC just to eat this burger. We live in the South. And wish we had a Smashburger here! Coming back to our airB&B from the Away NHL game back in March, we were hungry after we watch our team beat the Hurricanes. Ordered delivery. And ate every single thing we ordered. The burger was balanced well. They were juicy flavorful. The sauce that came with fries was mmm-mmm good. Oh! I ordered a Tiramisu shake. It was rich and will take care of any sweet tooth you may have for sure! Thanks for taking care of our craving Smashburger!

The food is good, but it's admittedly ridiculously expensive for what it is. A burger and fries will cost about $25 per person, and a shake will cost $6. Again, the food is good, but is it that good? I don't think it is. I also feel like their shakes are smaller now since they've changed cups, but maybe that's a placebo effect.
They're also short-staffed, but the staff that were working there did well.

Burger perfection. Very very good smashburger with crispy edges. It is very expensive though! Definitely not something you'll want to do often if you value your hard earned cash.

Stopped by here after the gym, right as they were closing. They were super nice! Got a burger which was really good. But the fries were REALLY good.
