Taylor and the other staff was awesome for the CANES party. Give them all a raise. Food was great and with the size of our party kitchen staff did great as well to get our food out in a timely manner

When I arrived here for the 1st time, didn’t know what to expect since it was my first going here. It was March Madness basketball playoffs. At, the moment I walked in, a beauty young lady greeted me at the hostess stand welcomed me with a beautiful smile. She showed me the table where I was meeting some guys I was in high school, we’re there to watch the game. Another, beautiful young lady gave me a drink (sweet tea) and gave me some time to look over the menu and she wasn’t in a rush to wait while I was glancing at the menu. After taking the order, she told about how long for the order. She, kept walking to the kitchen to see if the order was ready and finally brought my food right on time. She checked on the table to make sure we were good and kept the refills on our drinks. After, my meal for myself, I’ve gave the waitress a $20.00 dollar tip, for doing such a great, great job for doing her job. I’m definitely looking forward to returning back in the near future when I return back to Raleigh.

Hey y'all, now I normally don't do restaurant reviews but. This was my first time ever to Hooters and it was amazing! I got the parmesan garlic bone-in wings and they were fantastic. Then my Hooters Girl who helped me was Kylie and she was delightful, super kind, and overall awesome! I'd definitely recommend this Hooters and if you can, see if you can get Kylie as your Hooters Girl to help y'all out! 10,000 out of 10,000 stars 😀

Well, we were on our way back from vacation. And decided to stop by this hooters location. We've been to a lot of hooters over the years. With Burlington, being our local one. We hadn't been to this location before.
The server was lights out. I believe her name was Kelsey. Tall lady. She was amazing. She was kind to the children. And was spot on time, every time.
The food : the Burgers were very good. The lemon pepper chicken was again good. The buffalo chicken however was not good. Between being dry, the sauce wasn't the same. It was like stale or something. It wasn't good.
Overall I'd say go here, ask for Kelsey. And skip the buffalo chicken.

Feels like it's making a comeback staffed well. Bartender was also staffed well above what was expected. Food was par for what was expected. Maintenance is the biggest concern here a refresher would do wonders. Kids eat free the weekend which was awesome for our twins. Service was fast and friendly as always starting to feel more like the old school H(°)(°)ter's it used to be!
