We hadn’t been back to Olive Garden in years. I’m very happy to say that this experience went perfectly from start to finish.
We had a wonderful server. They kept checking on us and making sure everything was going well.
The soup was fabulous. Perfect temperature and very savory with lots of potato and sausage.
Our entrées were delicious and we each had enough for a second meal.
We ordered the strawberry cake for dessert, and it was just what we wanted - a lighter style cake and lots of strawberry sauce to add sweetness.
I’m glad to see that Olive Garden has improved so much since our last visit.
Holiday Gift card meal purchases that we definitely were impressed with and had a great dining experience with Jeremiah our extremely attentive server. Both meals were served quickly, HOT & delicious. The serving protocol & customer service provided was way suprior to many 5-star cuisine places in the Triangle area. Jeremiah is a definite plus to Olive Garden & it's experience that's missing in the dining industry currently. We are returning again and do hope to get this same positive experience.
It was very disappointing to see how downhill this restaurant has gone since the last time we ate here about a year ago.
When we arrived, only one side of the restaurant was being used, despite being only about 7pm on a Tuesday night. Many tables were open but not being cleaned. It was very obvious that they were short-staffed. It took around 20mins to seat us, despite arriving with noone ahead of us in line.
Once seated, it took about 10 mins for our server to approach us. We gave her our drinks and food order and it took around another 10 mins to get our drinks, soup & breadsticks. My soup was lukewarm and my spoon was dirty.
Our main entrée arrived after about another 15min wait. It was hot and tasty.
We will go back, but hopefully they will be adequately staffed.
My husband and I went to this location 2 Thursdays in a row for Unlimited Pasta. We sat at a table the first time and had Grant as a server......he was amazing. NEVER had to ask for a refill of drink. Got us everything we asked for and with a smile. 2nd time we went back there was a wait....so we sat at the bar. Precious was our server then. She was also amazing. This young lady was by herself.....serving and making drinks. She was so great. This location is amazing. Food is great...but the staff is what makes it stand out amongst the other locations. Great job Grant and Precious.
We were there for an afternoon lunch, Our service was superb! Thank you Israel, you definitely know how to keep customers coming back! Our glasses were filled, salad and bread sticks kept coming. Each of us ordered the unlimited pasta dishes. The food was hot and delicious. We will be back!
Service was great! We were seated right away. The restaurant was clean and our server, Brian, was terrific! My son and I had the endless soup and my husband had the Margarita Chicken. Everything was tasty and fresh!

I haven't been to this location in almost 8 years. Decided to give it another shot for Father's Day. We went on a Saturday because we figured Sunday would be extremely busy. We arrived about 3pm. We were greeted by 2 hist as soon as we came through the door. The young girl seemed as if she she was annoyed and did not want to be there. The young man was very kind and immediately sat us at a table.
We were given menu's, and about 5mins in the hostess that seemed to be annoyed, came to our table and said she had to move us because the waiter was leaving.
We gathered our items to be moved. We wanted a booth but she insisted on seating us at a table.. So then we asked if we could have a corner table, and her response was "No, this is the only table avaliable, we don't have servers for any of the other tables."
My mom immediately requested a manager who was able to accommodate us and said that they indeed had servers in all the areas. So we ordered our food which arrived promptly to the table. Our waiter was awesome and very attentive. The food was great! I will be returning to this location to give it another chance.

We have not been to the Olive Garden in years and right now I don't know why. The food and service was excellent and the prices were fantastic. We will definitely be going back very soon.
While they are always on a wait, I feel like when I sit down it is express, usually things come fairly fast. Unless I am at the bar in which case I always seem to wait longer which to me is odd but bartenders do take care of more than their bar guests.
