Never had a bad meal here. The French dip and the cheeseburger were both delicious as were the hand cut fries. The calamari appetizer was as good as any that I have ever had. Service was friendly and efficient. Lots of football on the TV’s and a North Carolina favorite, Foothills beer, was on tap. I love this little local sports bar.

Awesome, lil pub. Everything I have ordered has been amazing, I have had at least 5 different items from the menu! And they have outdoor seating, where you can eat and drink! Must go!

Great spot. I'm not in that area often, but I had lunch with my family here recently. Great burger & fries! We definitely recommend it & would go back. Staff was great!

We came here for lunch today. I ordered some chili and it was fantastic. It came in a nice bowl with a layer of cheese baked on top with a little crispiness on it. It was fantastic and really surprised me. The rest of the food the family had was also definitely above average. A nice surprise on a beautiful Saturday!

My husband and I order from this place almost weekly. The best burgers in town! They are perfect every single time we order. Of course there are so many places to order from in the area but we choose River Pub every time because they are consistent, friendly and super delicious! Highly recommend!

Tried it out on a Tuesday night and really enjoyed it. Warm decor, relaxing and upbeat atmosphere. The menu includes sandwiches, burgers, snack food, salads, and entrees like Cajun steak. The waitress told us that our fish and chips plates would have a lot of food, and she was not lying! The slaw had a different flavor than I expected..it was good and unexpected. A great place for a weekday date or to have drinks and conversation with a group of friends.
Feb 2022 update - this is now my daughter's favorite lunch spot! The burgers are perfect.
